    Totally true, internships/volunteer work WON'T carry a 3.1 gpa.

      yea dude... 100%... you can intern for NASA during CC... but if you got a 3.0GPA... ur probably not gonna transfer to your "dream school"....

    Hey man, im a senior in HS and my dream school was Rutgers. Unfortunately I got declined from it because literally too many people applied, and they didn't have time to look at my application. I got into other schools, but I have mixed feelings about them. So now I'm thinking about going to CC and try to transfer to Rutgers afterwards. But I've been watching ur videos and I just want to say thank u man!🙏

    It seems CC is getting traction as a viable option. Do you CCs will gradually become more competitive over time? Since, if more ppl do it, then it should get more competitive, right?

    • @ethanh5217
      @ethanh5217 4 года назад +2

      Then again, I'm going off of a couple TED talks I saw. It's still an outlier option despite the exposure of CC success.

      probably might be more competitive as the years go by.. so better start now than later

    Hello! First of all, thank you for your videos! I’m going to SMC this year and I plan to transfer to USC after 2 years. However, as much as I do want to do extracurriculars, I cannot really do much due to COVID-19. The only extracurricular i have atm is my job :( And in high school, I volunteered at a hospital, altar served, and taught at a school. Any tips on some extracurriculars to do rn, given the pandemic? Thank you!

    Hey Kendrick! Just wanted to first saw that I love all of your videos and have been binging them like a damn Netflix show LMAO. There really aren’t any videos of transfers especially from a cc students’ perspective. I really appreciate all of the work you’ve put in these videos.
    I have one question though. I’m at a cc in PA with a 3.9 gpa and only part time work as an ec. I will be getting my AA in engineering in the spring. My dream is to go to an out of state school (i.e. Vanderbilt, USC, UNC) as a biomedical engineering major. How big of a factor do you think the in state vs out of state dynamic is?

    • @KRHEE
      @KRHEE  4 года назад +6

      Probably not much difference ... but the only thing that might be diff is how much u gotta pay for out of state colleges (usc unc etc)
