My best friend did all kinds of crafts (eventually had a shop) and she taught me to do decoupage many years ago. I had forgotten all about it until you showed this. Love this. I visited JoSonja’s Studio in Eureka CA several years ago. She used to host workshops for decorative painting there. I still have her books. I wonder if you could mix white paint with mica powder to make a white metallic paint.
