I didn't do anything to my graphics. Although, I'm using the Ultimate Collection and to have it run properly on Windows 10 I had to put all the settings on High. Maybe that's why it looks like that?
I use cheats. The one that I use most when building is "setquartertileplacement on" (then, once you've entered the cheat, you do "CTRL+F" to trigger the cheat on & off). I also you "moveobjects on", not all the time, but it happens, and I think that's it :)

Yesterday I got the sims 2 (I played this game when I was 6/5 I think) and now i'm 20, I LOVE THIS HOUSE 😍 can't wait to play in it.

Where did you get the sink at 5:22? There aren't nearly enough kitchen sinks in my game, and I really love the one there!

I didn't. You can't resize objects in the Sims 2.
She has plenty of custom content that includes also enlargened versions of some plants. I'm assumin that's the size change you are talking about.

So how did you make the freely placed table+chair combos to work? After all, they can't bind if they aren't placed in the grid.
I think I placed the chairs & tables on the grid, I just used the "setquartertileplacement on" cheat to place them. Hope that helps! :)
