i think introducing the plot point of the apocalypse before they introduce any villains was a really good choice, actually - in that last scene, you end up sort of being in vanya's position, because the information is sprung on you so suddenly. it goes from jokes and upbeat fight scenes to five bluntly saying that in 8 days there will be nothing left. it works, i think. it also leaves you with some intrigue about who those potential villains are, and how the world ends so quickly.

I have begun to believe that the father named the children in ascending order of the power. Luther was the least powerful, while Vanya was the most.
I don’t know about that tbh, It wouldn’t make sense to have Allison as number 3 given that she’s one of the, if not THE most powerful out of them
Fun series. Glad to see you do this. I think "quirky" is why I liked this show. Kind of burned out from all the other super hero shows
I wish you continue watching this show. It just got better and better on every episode.

Such a great show, looking forward to your reactions! FYI, while Elliot uses he/they pronouns, it is proper to use she/her when referring to the character Vanya, as opposed to when referring to the actor. Cheers!

Oh wow! My sister's name is Chavon. It was a long time before I ever saw the irish spelling of it. Looked nothing like how it was pronounced, so it was weird to see it spelled like that.

Vanya, the character, is female. The actor of Vanya, Elliot, is a male. The character and actor are different from each other, but that could very well change depending on whether or not Elliot would still be comfortable playing a female character.
@@phoenixwings8038 well he is a very good actor so... i guess he could be vanya one last time
Sorry, the sheer absurdity of just like acting as if Vanya is CLEARLY a man because Page has transitioned is just too much. I mean even the thought of having to explain why that is absurd is itself so absurd that I truly question if this is even reality any longer.
