The light under the side mirrors is called Puddle light. Its an added aid for the driver/passenger that illuminates the ground below the doors to avoid unwanted accident especially at night.

Good review sir. Just one thing to note, adaptive cruise control does not keep you on your lane, what adaptive cruise control does is the system will automatically adjust your speed to maintain a safe distance from the car in front of you.
Ford's interior design seems always years ahead of its competitors 👍

Hah... napogihan ka lang bos eh... kaso INACCURATE ang descirption nya ng Adaptive Cruise Control Tsip... misinformation... Adaptive Cruise COntrol does not keep you in your lane - what it does is it automatically keeps up with traffic speed and your distance up the leading vehicle - "adaptive". See 7:07 Bos Tsif... There's even what's called Adaptive Cruise with slow follow and automatic stop and go - but it's not mentioned in the specs if this one is that already... Yung sinasabin niyangh feature is Lane Keep Assist not Adaptive Cruise.... Lolz....

I don’t have issues with my Territory to be honest. It is unfortunate to those who got their units with defects but for sure it will be handled and resolved by Ford.
INgatan nyo lang ng mabuti ang transmission nya. when your TCM breaks down, for sure DTI ka din pupunta.

I have a suspicion Jiangling has used the controversial Evoque copy X7 for this Ford model. That rear end and rising shoulder are strikingly similar to X7.
Everything is actually JMC. Ford just made simple modifications to the JMC 1.5L JX4G15 engine.

kaya po siguro inde sumikat ang ford ecosport 1.0 titanium po matakaw po sa city driving ang car tulad ng nabili ko na ecosport last feb 2019 ang city driving ko sa davao during gcq period ay 6.5 kpl po at highway 11.5 kpl kaya laking sisi ko kung bakit ecosport pa ang nabili ko kaya po kayo think 10 times

napa subscribe at all bell tuloy ako. kasi ang charming mo. hindi gwapo hindi din pangit. pero napaka attractive may kakaibang dating na hindi nakaka sawang tingnan at hindi maarte ang deliver ng words at taglish pa. mas OK din kung full tagalog. pero sana complete na sana yung reviews lalo na sa gas consumption 🥰 ilang liter per kilometer, yung higit sa lahat yung arangkada ng uphil and downhill paki explain mabuti. Can you please review the definition & function “ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL”
Im NOT n car expert, but I can tell that it is not design for lane monitoring..
I believe that Adaptive cruise control system is design to monitor the any moving object in-front of your car that will automatically Adapt the car speed by means of automatic car breaking & accelerating. (Its my own definition po as per my understanding & experienced)
No one is talking about the maintenance on CVT transmissions. How much does it cost and how often. This will be like a double Oil change per cost on maintenance schedules? Do the techs even know how to work on CVTs? CVTs cost more to repair and cannot not be repaired without a complete overhaul per Ford. They are complicated to work on also. Does Ford Philippines keep a supply of rebuild kits or will the customers have to wait months for repair? From experience of owning 5 Fords in the Philippines, the techs damage the vehicles every time they have worked on mine. The customer service is absolute garbage and should be investigated by Ford Global Services. I have personal friends and family members who refuse to purchase a Ford bc of this. Im researching maintenance schedules and where these cvt are built, as my wife wants a Territory.
Yeah, the CVT is a deal breaker. Considering the price, they may have opted for a cheap one. If this is the same CVT used on nissans this will be a horrible nightmare for territory owners.
And not to mention the ecoboost engine which have a bad reputation as well for early breakdown. Too bad, the car looks promising.

I was turned off by this car when I joined the territory group in fb. I was shocked by the number of owners who are experiencing problems with their units. I was about to buy this car but saw the different flaws of this car in the group so I changed my mind. I guess its true that ford is not on the reliable side. ✌🏻 feeling disappointed..
what are the issues of this Territory?
@@gutadin5 Engine failure error car not starting at all, engine losing power then shuts off, buggy infotainment screen, loose sensors, keyless entry not working, parking assist reliability, cracking of infotainment screen and so much more.. i’m not making up these things just join the group and see it for yourself 😢

WHHHYYYY does America always get the worst Fords. This looks way better than any Escape or Ecosport. Such a nice interior compared to what Ford's offering us here in the states even the Bronco Sport.

I would suggest next time when you review the car which have certain features that are new why not try it and show how it works like the speaker at the back.. When doing a review and rather than saying "siguro dito lumalabas ang sound" .. Also same with the ambient lighting it would be best to show how the colors change

Better research on what really is ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL, it will not center you on lane marking.
seems mali explanation nya sa adaptive cruise control system.. hindi ata nagpaturo sa ahente ng ford.. adaptive cruise control gives you comfort by spending less attention on driving. It maintains a constant driving speed as well as increases or decreases the speed of the car automatically... keeping you in the lane is LANE ASSIST SYSTEM. monitor the car’s position on the road, detect if the driver is unintentionally leaving their lane and react either through warnings or by actively steering the car back into its lane.

Will check out the FB group. This is a beautiful looking vehicle IMO. I am probably the only one, but I wish that top of the line Fords didn't come with huge sun/ moonroofs. I won't list all the negatives. (Search "sunroof negatives"). Ford, plz bring in some top of the line PH models, without a sunroof? Just a thought. Stay safe, brothers and sisters! 👊 🙏
