It’s interesting. I lived and worked in the Middle East. 25th December was a. Public holiday whether you were Christian or Muslim and it was celebrated in the way we saw fit. Nobody outside the compound made a big deal about it but it was a great day. However, that said after going on holiday we had to cut off all the clothes that came from Marks and Spencer when clearing customs on our return because M And S as it was started by Jews. Also we couldn’t buy Coke or anything that had a connection to Jews. Go figure!
We need to bring back Christmas, its up to Us to do what we can in any small way to show that the woke side can't take away the real meaning of the holiday.

I saw my first Christmas ad this year, on TV, 2 days ago (not M&S one), and afterwards I had the thought that I bet there will be at least one ad this year, that is hateful and nasty, because of the way the world is going, and bugger me, they were talking about this horrible ad on channel 5's Jeremy Vine Show. I couldn't believe it when I watched it. From start to finish, I thought it was vile. Well done M&S for turning the majority of Britain against you. I am 76 and have spent my adult life buying 90% of my clothes from M&S but they have lost my support from now on I will not buy another thing from them. We all need to show our disgust by boycotting them and once I find out their head office address I will be writing to them telling them they have lost my custom.

Christmas is the season of goodwill, putting others first (think having cross & impossible old Uncle Wotsit to stay for the holiday and managing not to have a row), enjoying the company of others and "bringing good cheer". Helping at a food centre, chatting with lonely people - all of that's Christmas. It isn't just thinking about what YOU want.

One of the most inappropriate ads I ever seen, especially when combined with Thismas. Normally we shop at M&S (food and clothes), but we have decided not to do so this Christmas.

I think lots of people overlooked the initial insult by M&S . They were appeasing non Christians etc by encouraging them to not accept traditional holy celebrations. M&S should have apologised to all that celebrate Christmas and removed the AD..but nooo...instead they apologise for the colours in the Christmas card because of a flag ..(even though there's lots of flags with that colour in )..So M&S ended up apologising to the people that they thought they were appeasing..unbelievable.

Christianity is at the root of this. Although most people celebrate the pagan version of Christmas, the fact they want to erase the pagan version is now becoming evident to them, what they really want to do is erase the word Christ.
Jesus Christ said he was the truth and the light, hence why they want to erase him from the world. The real fight is against dark spiritual powers that are slowing moving the world and it's people towards evil/darkness away from the light/truth.
People who are not Christian do not see this, they just see their traditions/toys being taken away and it upsets them, but they don't realise there is a battle between good and evil, between God and the devil, they don't see it, because they don't believe in those things, because the world told them not to and they believed the world, because they thought and believed they could trust it.
I am afraid things will get a lot worse, especially for Christians. M&S erasing Christmas will be the last thing you will care about in the next few years.
This journey we are on, isn't a rollcoaster ride with ups and down, it's all down and down from now on, I suspect.

I saw my first Christmas ad this year, on TV, 2 days ago (not M&S one), and afterwards I had the thought that I bet there will be at least one ad this year, that is hateful and nasty, because of the way the world is going, and bugger me, they were talking about this horrible ad on channel 5's Jeremy Vine Show. I couldn't believe it when I watched it. From start to finish, I thought it was vile. Well done M&S for turning the majority of Britain against you. I don't shop there anyway as its too far from where I live, and I don't drive. Also, they're too damn expensive. I will never shop there now after this crap ad. The whole damn world has gone to hell in a handcart, and is topsy Turvey. Can't wait to get off this planet and be amongst decent people - the dead are far more decent than the garbage here today. The devil has taken over earth for sure.

Whoops, another one bites the dust M&S. I looked forward to shopping at M&S but I will be taking my purse elsewhere now and I am a practicing Christian and proud of it. Muslims I know very well have no problem with our celebrations as I have no problem with theirs. It’s the minority who wish to divide us, note the word MINORITY. If some people take offence then I have the same right to be offended by them.

Same. I work for them, and I can confirm this to be true. Staff are expected to give 150%, we’re all stressed and overwhelmed with the amount of work they expect from us. Constantly being criticised by managers who sit in their office eating crisps. They’re a woke shower of shite, who have no concern for the people who are actually making their money- the sales floor staff. Vile is the right word.
