If you can’t hold it in that stock can you take it out and re invest in another stable stock for 12 month or can you do that after you already made that profit on a different stock.?

Always use capital gains to offset loses, Number one Rule. Never forget that. 2nd Always take money out to pay down loans and pay taxes. 3rd Reinvest in a retirement or other account. Main focus on gains is to get in a situation to lock in a house cost so your not hit with the rising cost of housing. My 30 year mortage 10 years ago saves me half my bring home pay. Preserve your life protect your future. Never taught in schools how sad. He sure does hit home on some good points.

The mortgage write off is not that great...unless you have a million dollar mortgage and get a lot of cash off the books.

The stock market has been a really tough this past months, but I watched an interview on CNBC where the anchor ‘Jim Cramer’ kept mentioning "...KARINA MATTIS...". I'm getting 15 dividend Pay checks, however I'm up 135 % this year.About 450k this yr. good dividend paying portfolio .although I use an F.A so buy as much as you can and wait for the rebound Only the brave gets rewarded in these times!
