This is what every father should do for their daughters, there are way too many women who have to live their lives dependent on having a man around, and too many homeless older women, women who are homeless solely because someone chose to divorce them. I know every good father wishes they could leave this world secure in the fact, that their daughters will always have a safe place to lay their heads at night.
The knowledge to build generational wealth is right in front of you. Farmer, animal shelter, affordable housing for elderly, young adults from the foster care system.
I mean ... I get the sentiment. But ... she's thirteen. What're they going to do? rent it out for 5+ years on a limited lease, then kick whoever's in there out at the end? She's certainly not going to live there on her own till that time, and you don't want it to sit untouched.
