In our french culture, even in a traditional surrounding and deep faith, we have nothing comparable. I realize we have lost all our essential cultural heritage, in hearing such a jewel, such a blessing. Whatever progress changes and brings, finally we lost the most important, and there is no random why our western societies are falling down nowadays. I am a deep primitive Christian, and you know what, after prayers, night and day i listen to Vande Guru Paramparaam because this is what i need to reach the divine . Thank you so much dear master Kuldeep. What you made developed and spread your Hindu culture, but also brings light and blessings to everyone around the word as no one did before in history !

I am Vietnamese, I listened this song 4 years ago for the first time. The sound of drum and string instruments, the rhyme, the voice, the hand movement ... just amazing, supreme devine. I dont know why but every time I listen to this devine song at night, it brings the feeling like just me and the song around, even then just the song, me does not exist. I believe there are many forms of Gods, no bounderies, no matter which nationality you are.
Surprised, I was in Vietnam, vung tau near Saigon, I really like Vietnam people, very kind . I saw there is some Hindus, I visited three hindu temples, one Myson sanctuary and one is in Nha Trang. Some Cham people still preserve their culture

Actually this Stuti is more like a lullaby for the Lord, so at night time if you listen you will have a very peaceful sleep at night. HE exists within all of us, and if HE is pleased, then the entire universe experiences immense happiness.

I have been listening to this song for quite a while now. Both of your voices go together really well, and something I appreciate about Sooryagayathri’s singing is how effortless it sounds. She seems to really enjoy whatever she is singing. I also found it a bit interesting how she looks so serious while singing whereas her guru is smiling throughout the piece 😆 Overall it’s a beautiful take on a classic Ayyappa hymn that I have been hearing since childhood.

Takes me back to my child’s childhood, when he was 3 yrs old and used to listen to this day & night. Along with Sooryagayathri, Rahul Vellal, Manikandan, Bhavya etc, my child grew up singing with them, feeling emotional listening to this after a while!

"Vilaiyum payirai mulaiyil theriyum" is a Tamil proverb. It means "A flourishing crop can be seen while it's still a sprout". This song on Swami Ayyappa was sung by Sooryagayathri almost 6 years ago. May be she was about 8 years of age. See the clarity of voice and the diction. Credit goes to Kuldeep M Pai ji for his excellent training of very young singers. Though he is the teacher, he sings with her like an accompanying artiste.

As you said this piece of 'shlokas' is considered as a lullaby of Lord Ayyappa at Shabarimala. As this song starts and progresses, all the lamps in the Sanctum Sanctoriom is being put out one by one and as it comes to the end the last lamp would have been put out and the door is being closed. Then it's believed that the 'Bhagvaan' has slept.
