These items have been available on Amazon for years. They don't introduce sun protection hats, sleeves, shirts, shorts, it makes a huge difference.
I bought a multi Pockets trench coat, 1 big pocket can fit a tablet. I filled all the pickets with cameras, power bank, chargers, tshirts etc to not be counted as carryon weight. I just carry my trench in my arms, once I reach my destination, i put my stuufs in my 🎒. I actually designed a winter trench coat and custom made 6 years before I bought my spring multi pockets trench from Amazon.
