Matcha pralines recipe: 45g banana chips 18g popped amaranth 1Tsp Matcha powder 1 pinch of salt 165g almond mousse 30g maple syrup Grind the banana chips first. Then mix everything together in a bowl by hand. Form balls or put in pralines forms. Place in fridge for 30 minutes.
