Nowadays I watch many of our youngsters on the news and am filled with a deep sense of fear and apprehension about our future. And then, I see these young people, and suddenly I feel that maybe, just...maybe...we will be alright.
Mo chairde, ceol, bia, agus craic na h’Eireann. Is Maith liom e. Sorry, don’t know how to put the fada’s in or any grammar errors. It’s been a long time since I learned Irish. 🇮🇪🇺🇸
Exactly! Competition has all but ruined the traditional music scene up until recently. Thankfully a select few (myself included) avoid the halls and corrupt judges and play to please ourselves. It's more of a "Who you are" not "How well you play" that dictates your success with silverware... And God help ye if you're from the North of Ireland!!!!

NOT accomplished by spending hours and hours on PS4 or a cellphone game.
Fuck sake can we do away with the forced clapping? I can't appreciate the music with that god awful noise. So distracting.
