I've found some powerful ones you could try like the LotTweaks combined with the Accurate Block Placement mod. One of the most powerful ones besides WE.
I think these tutorials are super great!! It opens the door for new people to new Build tools that been kinda locked behind Doors for people that Dont know mutch about Build mods like this and other tutorials that Dont mention stuff like this!! I gib dis 1000 out of 10
