Tracking disruptor just works on Hybrids and projectile weapons, how about using a ECM Burst jammer to counter all ship types, yeah it's a random jam but really pisses people off.
Ill never understand why people use Rockets on a hookbill. That ship was designed for kiting. Its even written into the ship's lore. The Caldari built the Hookbill to outrun Federation drones. Using it as a close range brawler is like taking a bolt action sniper rifle, and trying to use it as a close ranged shotgun.
It does kite scram kiteing it is king. Light missile fits work real well to but its nice to have scram and web for solo work and small gang. If younuse it as primary frig tackle in small gamg its a good idea to have a fast nano nano logi cruiser with a bonused cap transfer to help keep younup when tackling bigger ships with neuts.

Rockets and Warp Scramblers do not have the range to kite anything with exception of Blasters using only Anit-Matter. The range on your average T2 Rocket is around 12km, while the Warp Scrambler is about 10km. Literally everything except for the above mentioned Blasters can hit out to that range and beyond. Also, T2 Stasis Webifiers have an average range of 10km as well, so if you think you're going to Sig Tank, forget it. You're talking about using modules that are designed for a different fighting strategy and claiming they are good for another when they are not. Are you new to this game or have you just been watching random YT videos to think you have some sort of knowledge about EvE Online? Because Ive been playing this game since 2010, and you sound like you dont know anything.
@@toradora1439 I know exactly what I'm doing with a rocket hookbill . I consistently solo dramiels daredevils crusaders ect. With little problem. Not my fault that you cannot fit your ship or control range properly.

There is a missile disruptor that will do the same sort of thing against missile boats . The lasers also get effected by nor.al.tracking disruptions.
Even without bonuses they are very siccessful.agaimst frigs.

Hey I didn't know that, but them I'm not really huge into the lore. You do see alot of rocket Hookbill's around. 😀

Because the hookbil can get a large amount t of buffer for a frig a d can scram kite like a boss.
