- Today I'm going to give you a walkthrough of my 1000 watt atv sound system on my Can Am Outlander MAX. I purchased this setup at Rockville Audio which included the 6.5" Rockville tower speakers, MTX bluetooth control, and a Soundstream 4 channel 1000w amplifier. I had to purchase additional items make this setup work, granted I don't know much about audio installs, so I try my best here to explain. The sound system has been good to date with a few minor pet peeves of mine. Watch the video to see my setup and the final cost breakdown for the system!!

Very clean looking setup!!
Thank you!! I actually have more accessories to install just haven't had the time to get around to it.
Sammy, what kind of thousand watt speaks like that to go on your new Polaris four wheeler for 2024 by the speakers in the four wheeler was installed did they come with?❤❤❤❤❤❤
That’s awesome!
Very nice and clean installation.
Thank you!!
U should go with just one of the tube speaker systems. U can get 6 1/2 or 8 inch speaker and they are all plug and play and u can get them with RGB lights and some come with an led light bar built into the back and has a storage box built into it with a USB plug built in it. The highest priced ones are under $400 like three something. U don't need 4 speakers with any of the speaker tubes two is just as loud if not louder than ur setup with 4 speakers. My BOSS speaker tube with 6 1/2 speakers that don't like up only cost $99 and it is very loud and has bass and comes with a 3yr warranty from BOSS!
Yeah my cousin has those BOSS speakers. I've also considered a sound bar instead.
Take some bar stock and make some bolted mounts by welding the nut to the bar stock after tapping all the mounting holes out.
Yeah that's not a bad idea. I really need to figure out a new placement for these speakers.
Hey.❤❤❤❤
My question is what would you do different and would you do it again with the same set up.
Good question. I probably wouldn't do it again due to the fact that with all movement while off-roading the speaker wires and banana plugs get yanked a lot. I find myself more often than not having to replace one or two after every ride. I'd go with a speaker bar where the system is fully integrated and has less wiring. Maybe if I was more educated on speaker system setups I'd be inclined to adjust it for my needs. I also have never been a fan of where I placed them but I don't know where else to. As for now, I hardly use them now if I'm being honest due to recording for RUclips and their copyright issues.
Did you have a problem with the amp being right next to the engine and the exhaust heat wise??
Not a problem to date. Might take them off permanently however. Don't really listen to music as much as I thought I would, especially with copyrights and recording RUclips videos.
I the amp kinda installed under the seat? Any concerns with it getting damaged by water??
It's a marine grade amplifier. I haven't had issues with it then again it's not like I'm in deep water

Must have a good stator to keep battery charged
Yes indeed. Haven't had a problem to date.
What kind of pliers are those
They're called Push Pin Pliers 👍
Donde puso el ampli?
Ay un espacio hueco abajo de la bateria, en el frame. 👍🏽
Can you provide link to all parts used
Yeah sure! Let me get home and I'll provide all links to all parts purchased.
@@SoCalOutlanderATV thank love the look of it
Just added the links to everything used in the video. Thanks again for your support!
@@SoCalOutlanderATV thank you
You're welcome. 🤘🏽💯
Where did you mount the amp?
There's an empty space underneath the battery tray. The frame of the ATV is there and that's where I placed it. Cons, hard area to reach and you'd have to remove the side plastic panels if you ever need to tweak the amp.
Do you have a picture of how you placed the amp under the battery tray?
I don't unfortunately. There's an empty space directly on the frame underneath the battery tray. I cleaned the area and mounted using heavy duty double sided gorilla tape. Hope this helps. 👍🏽
The sistema it’s totally waterproof ?
Hasta ahorita no a fallado por cuestión de que se moje el sistema.
Ases jales de sonidos o es tuya la moto.? Kedo chingon todo
Chingon…
Gracias!
I just don’t understand why? I ride off road to enjoy nature and get away from all that ‘urban’ noise.
I often question myself why I bought the sound system as well. In areas like dry lakes I use it frequently because there's not much to look at. But when out on the trails, I hardly turn them on.
Because not everyone considers music “urban noise”.
Cause Phil Collins "In the air of the night " sounds good when riding and relaxing.
