Без движения не получилось, правая труба явно сдвинулась в гильзе в стенке. Нужно было сначала вставить горизонтальные трубы, а затем надеть на вертикальную. Это бы дало большую степень свободы.
И я не понял,зачем он так" сделал. Странное мышление у автора

Если вставлять обе горизонтальные трубы, то сразу вставить вертикальную будет проще.

Проще было сделать сначала соединить противоположные трубы, а потом вставить в верхний отвод

Не совсем понятно, как он последнюю трубу вставлял? Он ее должен был жестко деформировать, тогда вопрос, не возникнет ли в ней трещина в месте перегиба. В общем на таких коротких участках так сгибать трубу очень плохая идея. Тем более трубы будут замоноличены.
Нужно было все три трубы одновременно соединять. Сначала нацепить левую и правую, потом верхнюю. Тогда правую не пришлось бы ломать.
И я про это ☝️

There would be less stress on the opposing pipes if you glued all three together at the same time on the upward motion.
I agree and if you noticed on the last joint he slipped the pipe back in the concrete which is not what the thumb nail eluded to
Exactly what I was going to say; no reason not to put both sides in first and then pull down slightly and put on the downward pipe.

Для дренажа пойдёт, для напорного трубопровода это очень рискованно. Труба очень тонкая, после нагрева разрушается кристаллическая решётка, и в этом месте может появится утечка. Хороший мастер соберёт трубопровод сразу, до того как трубу замуруют в бетон, без всякого нагрева. Греют эту трубу только при демонтаже, чтобы сохранить тройник, отвод, или какую либо другую деталь.

Ну, строго говоря, кристаллической решетки у пластиков обычно нету, это аморфные полимеры. В остальном верно, структура их молекул и связей от нагрева может страдать и они могут становиться более хрупкими.
Походу вы на монтаже не работали когда все трубы замурованы в стяжку а лучшие ,, друзья,, сантехника электрики слаботочники начинают свою паутину тянуть а за ими и бравые отделочники ставят перегородки из гипсокартона выбивая пулемётную дробь своими перфораторами и попутно дырявя системы отопления и водоснабжения.

The proper way to do this (if doing this method) is to heat both bottom lines, bend them down, connect them, then push up to secure the upper line.

When you do it your way you have to pull bottom pipe back first to clear the tee to end of top pipe. This causes the bottom pipes to pull out and if they dont pop out it's still not good to introduce air pockets into the solvent weld as you push pipes back in. With fast setting solvent doesn't go so well. Instead of heating pipe I would, instead, cut the stop out of a short coupling. Use it as a slidable device after connecting one bottom pipe to top pipe.

But you have to be fast, and you have to push up before the two sides setup;
because you might need to rotate both sides in order to mate with the top.
If the two sides have setup, but the top does not mate, then you'll be in trouble.
Perhaps there's a slow setting solvent that can be used.

сначала две горизонтальные соединить а потом уже верхнюю,так было бы проще!
Для этого есть специальная пара: штуцер и накидная гайка. Специально для таких ситуаций

@@old_falc ну, лючки в стяжке вряд ли кто-то делает, если это стяжка. Да и вообще, склейка - лично для меня - дело сомнительное. Я отдам предпочтение пайке. Гораздо надёжнее, на мой взгляд. Никакой резьбы и склейки.
@@Dmitry_Storozhenko в Европе водопроводные трубы склеиваются при чем склейка гораздо лучше пайки... резьбовые соединения и я не стал бы делать в стяжку...

No. The fittings need 1/4 turn to distribute the cement to the joint properly. Do the following:
-Dig the trench longer so the pipe can flex naturally without heating.
-Cut the pipes as shown (buy a cutter and a deburing tool if you make a lot of these repairs)
-Cut an arbitrary length from the T pipe. Make sure it's longer that 2× the depth of the fitting sockets. 15cm is more than long enough.
glue the pipe into the T socket. Following the instructions on the glue can for twisting and hold time.
-Take the newly made T assembled and glue it into the straight section of pipe, aligning the T pipes, again following the glue manufacturer's instructions.
-Use a coupling to join the T pipe, again following the gluing instructions. If you've dug the trenches long enough the pipe will flex enough to fit the coupling in easily.
And that's how you add a tee to a straight run of pipe without seriously weakening the pipe itself.
For proper gluing the joint shouldn't contact water for 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the pressure to be run. If a small trickle of water cannot be controlled by closing a valve some slices of white bread can be uses to block the pipe. Get the cheapest bread possible. Wad the bread into a ball and shove it several inches/cm into the pipe. When water pressure is restored the bread will dissolve in the water. Seriously it just basically disappears.
You seem knowledgeable with this much verbiage. Blue glue is hot set glue and cures in a few minutes.
He doesn't know what he's talking about.
Doing what he said is totally unnecessary and a waste of time and money.
There is one thing I always do, no matter what clue I use.
And that is using a primer.
I've done thousands of these type of connections.
And almost every time that I used a clue that stated that you don't need to use a primer.
The connections failed within a few weeks.
Plus with a primer you will get a chemical bond.
And a physical bond.
2 thoughts. 1) The pipe appears to be polybutylene.and that would not work on pvc nor cpvc. 2) I don't think it actually worked here. The last glue up was obscured by his hand, and the pipe either bent into an impossible U shape, or it moved horizontally.
Watch again and see if you see it.

@@keithmarlowe5569 - I concur, perhaps the setup is a fake since the camera does not show more than a few square feet. The pipe did slip to the right most likely from the bending pressure and if this was a real long pipe embedded into a real all it would not do that. The hand obscuring the pipe is a red flag too. If someone wanted to teach someone how the difficult part was done right they would hide the pipe behind their hand.
I would have done the two sides since they were already bent outwards, and then pushed it up on to the top leg.

ппц... если трубы довольно быстро прогреваются, то надо было сначала добавить клей, потом прогреть левую и правую, одеть на них, потом на центральную... всё в один заход... чтобы не "ломать" правую.

He fully kinked it, not how i would approach this type of repair here… but pvc water pipes are not used at all now, with mdpe fittings you can do fusion welding, theres also slip couplings for pvc which i have used in the past. Can get quite hard in confined spaces especially with concrete.

я бы склеил сначала горизонтальные(по картинке) трубы, потом вертикальную. склеенная горизонтальная труба шевелилась с большим запасом из-за получившейся длины, тогда можно вклеить вертикальную без случайного перегиба.
Думаю, он так делал не просто так. Твоим способом нарушился бы слой клея, то есть его бы больше вышло из швов из-за боковой нагрузки.
@@VictorGravit , а перегнуть трубку как? проще? я не буду говорить о том что она была нагрета и стала мягче, но кто знает что в месте перегиба будет после остывания? микротрещины там или еще что... у меня нет таких материалов для эксперимента, но я все равно использовал бы свой метод))

Здесь нет ни горизонта ни вертикали, это всё в полу (посмотри на капли они капают вниз ) а правая труба действительно хитрая , она двигается.

Лажа полная в конце видно было что трубка отодвинул ась в право а вот бывают в основном случаи что ничего не отодвинуть тогда нужно сразу все концы отогнать и все соединить сразу

Claro que sí es fácil con un cople y quitas la separación que tiene en medio cortas un o de los tubos y el cople lo colocas de forma corrediza y unes el tubo que cortaste y listo

Con los de cobre limas el pare de un lado de la pieza para que se deslize pasa el medio o centro de la pipa y despues la deslizas hacia la otra pipa al mismo tiempo que unes la pipa vertical. Hay un video de alguien que lo ensena por ahi.

I like the way you covered the pipe with your hand so you couldn't see the kink you made in the pipe.
When he connected the last pipe did you😅 notice the pipe slid to the right then back into place. This idea may work but this demo was bogus.
I don’t believe everyone it slid at all. I believe he linked it the had to straighten out the link. Look where the pipe enters the masonry. The masonry is tight against the pipe before and after.
It also has to be hot as hell for it to stay so pliable for so long, and yet he calmly held on to it bare handed for forever 😲
heat the 2 conduits that are in a straight line , bend them out slightly , glue the 2 ends of the straight conduits and slip the coupling/ tee joint on both making sure that the tee will align with the other conduit. heat up the conduits until they are flexible ,glue the 3rd conduit and then press the tee onto the glued conduit

You should always apply primer on PVC before applying cement - especially for PVC water pipes.
Depends on the glue. Some doesn’t require primer
Sanding eliminates the need for primer.

Doesn't heating the pipe to a temp that allows you to bend it like that cause it to loose its strength / pressure rating?
you may be right from a technical perspective.
but for typical household pump pressure the cooled and hardened pipe still has the reliability we need.
plus for years people have been heating and fitting pvc so its also a time proven method if you're in a bind. which I think is the point of the video.
No, it does not harm it. But you do risk kinking the pipe.
As others pointed out, as i too noticed, it would have been easier to first insert the two on the left and then shifting everything back up to the upper pipe. But since the person clearly moved the one on our right to make it insert they failed to live up to the title of the video by not moving anything.

Here's my take - A slip coupling is your best friend in this situation. No heat gun required and you can take your time with 2 part glue and primer and bevel your pipes properly. But hey what do I know, I'm just a master plumber.

I, for a time, helped to run eight PVC extruders. They made PVC things. We had a safety protocol to empty the machines of molten PVC during a " Black out". It actually happened once after a 5.0 earthquake. ( So. Cal). PVC, PolyvinylCloride, gives off a gas, that looks like smoke. It's called Tetra- hydrochloride. One "wiff" could collapse your lungs. Just a little FYI.
If the T had the same diameter as the pipe, one could slide sockets over the joints instead.
But even with this thicker T you could glue pieces of pipe in the T first, and then use sockets.
That would not help, but, I'm sure he moved the last pipe, watch it again

Al poner el tubo del lado derecho se ve claramente como se desliza para atrás y logra insertarlo a la T, entonces si todo fuera estado de concreto y nada se movería, no podría insertarse, tanto por ser un espacio muy reducido. Es un video mal hecho.

Oswaldo Arellano te equivocas. El movimiento brusco que viste es porque por un momento la tubería se chupó pero la mano no permitió que se viera eso. Ya cuando insertó el tubo en la conexión el tubo recuperó su forma. Soy fontanero y a mí me ha pasado cuando hago esa maniobra. Quiero hacer hincapié en que -si defiendo este video- no es que yo tenga algo que ver con este canal y no conozco a la persona que hizo este vídeo pero sí puedo dar fe de que la maniobra es posible y reconozco ese movimiento brusco que percibiste y que malinterpretaste como un deslizamiento del tubo dentro del muro. Entiendo que no has tenido esa experiencia y por eso percibiste mal. Pero no pasa nada. Me es un placer aclarar el tema. Saludos
El tubo está caliente y de vuelve flexible, se tiene que trabajar rápido para que no quede deformación en el tubo.

A las tuberías no se les echa tanto pégamento que dentro de la tubería se produce una rebaba y reduce la velocidad del agua y en tuberías grandes que llevan cosas pueden producir atascos

Use primer. Then, wipe off excess solvent "bead" with a rag or primer dobber as the solvent continues to eat into the pipe until it cures.

Всё трубки вставлять одновременно. Так мне кажется лучше.
Нужно вставлять все три сразу с нагревом правой и левой труб. Но если честно то такого способа соединения на холодную я не знал. Какие-то специальные трубы и соединения.
En una epoca todos los pegantes eran transparentes, una marca de pvc uso el azul para reconocer sus productos y asi responder por la garantia.....
