Hello... Actually I'm watching alot u nowadays and i must say u r doing fantastic work. I have a simple query, currently I'm working in my hometown under up govt and my current salary is 45k but the promotion aspect is very bad in this department. In paper 1 i got 166 and I'm hoping of 90 to 100 in second. So my query can you let me know which department or ministry conduct departmental exam for promotions . I know of cag through your videos but if you could tell me about other departments also it would be helpful because i want to switch this job only for promotion
It's a personal advice to you, don't leave your hometown just for promotional chances. Abhi aapko isme ho jaega to fir pta nhi kha posting milegi.... savings utni hi hogi jitni abhi aapko ho rhi hogi.....waise try krne me koi nuksan nhi hai....agr aaspass ke state me bhi posting mil jaye to thik hai....
