The acting in the last 5 minutes of this season finale was freaking brilliant, holy shit. I mean Jensen and Jared are obv hella talented but these final moments actually blew me away. They deserve an Oscar for this performance!
Padakecki's acting was flawless in this episode. Actually he's been knocking it out for a while now. The whole "My greatest sin" thing made me cry. I loved the scene between Sam and Dean. Ackles and Padalecki have such amazing chemistry. I loved this episode. I think nitpicking about what the angels were wearing when they fell was ridiculous. I think this was the best finale they've ever done.
OMG Jensen and Jareds acting blew me away . . . I mean they are phenomenal actors but the way they portray emotions-especially in heavy scenes like when Sams arms were glowing-is so freaking amazing and beautiful! Jeez why havent they gotten an Oscar or something?
The best season finale's (no order) 2, 5 and 8. The acting is AMAZING, the feelings and emotions (mostly Jensen since Sam is dead in about all of them but Jared is just as talented). But the intensity of this just blows my mind and love the music when the angels begin the fall. Don't forget that moment Kevin is in the bunker and it lights up like Christmas
These last scenes are just so amazing. The acting from Jared and Jensen is just phenomenal. How they presented the angels falling, how they showed in the bunker, how the radar on the table lit up, the alarm going off, Castiel standing under what he has done, it all gives me goosebumps. The music just brings it all together. Dean’s last line is enough to make anyone feel the impending doom. They just presented this in such an amazing way. I think that this ending and the ending of “Swan Song” are on the same level, and maybe this one is higher up on the list for me personally. I applaud the entire team that worked on this episode specifically.
Still can’t believe this show pulled off this common irrational feeling of a depressed person that they are a burden to everyone they love and that all they do is let people down, and talking a person out of suicide. And they did all of this through the setting of these fictional trials. Just insane. Still my favourite scene of tv ever. Can’t even imagine how hard it was to act that out for Jared especially, but I’m so grateful this exists
God, when Sam told Dean about what he confessed I literally just broke down in tears! The Sam "puppy eyes" were killin' me and just the whole situation ! They really are phenomenal actors!
I love how Sam goes full emotional rollercoastet.Like from being pure angry one min to heartbroken the next.I havn't seen a scene like this since.Hoping the Season 11 finale is just as good if not better.
I just love this scen sooo mutch!!!! When Dean's speech, it really felt in my heart. Love how they are always there for each other. Love when Dean says " I got you littlebrother ". I always cry when Dean and Sam crys.
Also, I really like Dean in FULL big brother/ dad mode around Sam. I wish Dean had someone taking care of him in the same way. Dean shoulders so much responsibility in this show.
"It's in me Dean, you don't know what this feels like." I don't know why this line sticks out to me so much, considering the lines around it. Maybe it's the way Jared says it. I'm not sure. Sam sounds about ready to cry. He sounds scared, like a child who is frightened by weird noises in the night. Sam knows what'll happen if he finishes. He's scared of what could happen if he doesn't. Would nothing change? Would things get worse? He doesn't know. So much is on Sam's shoulders at that crucial moment. He's scared by the uncertainty that comes with leaving the trials unfinished. He's looking for Dean to tell him to not be afraid because "We'll figure it out, just like we always do." That aside, these scenes are incredible. Jensen and Jared, blowing it out of the water as usual. But for me, the thing that makes this scene is the soundtrack. The composers were on point in this one. The strings during Sam and Dean's conversation and the drums during the great fall just add to the seriousness what's happening in these scenes. The angels are falling, not much can be more serious than that. (Except for Amara's release.)
I LOVE this. It's a phenomenal scene, from one of the best Sam/Dean moments ever, through Dean's desperate cry for Cas to the angels falling. Just wow. The only thing I'm wondering about is, in season 4 when Anna fell, she started her life on earth as a baby... I think they kinda forgot that.
I remember watching this finale live, and I just stared in complete, open-mouthed awe at what I was seeing. Pretty sure I was holding my breath for most of it.
My favourite scene ever! Didn't think any finale would match up to Swan song but Sacrifice just blew me away. Dean's speech and the angels falling...OMG it was beautiful, magical. Thank you for uploading this. :)
Can't wait to see what happens! This show does not get the respect it should. The acting is amazing. So much better than anything you see on other channels, cable included.
Anybody else curious to know what Sam was going to say before Dean cut him off?? He goes "Do you have any idea what it's like to watch your own brother?....." And Dean stopped him. Watch your own brother do what?? BTW this scene actually made me tear up and I don't cry at TV or movies. Okay I cried in "Brian's Song" but my brother the cop cried in that. It was just so heartbreaking. I felt really sorry for Sam. I have a little brother and it would kill me to see him like that.
He was either going to say "Watch your brother lose faith/trust in you." Or "Watch your brother choose someone else over you." I am going to take a guess and say the first one because he had literally just bee reminded about Ruby in that same episode so I doubt he'd have said the second one cuz he knows he does...
15 seasons and this is still my favorite finale, Sam and Dean’s scene was done amazingly, the bunker suddenly coming to life and blaring the alarm, and the music with the effect of the angels falling is just 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 💞
"I got you, little brother." I do not regret crying like a baby, and having goosebumps from the angels falling, but that line... Is perfect. I don't want this show to end!!
This episode gave me mad feels ;A; Literally I'm in the middle of season seven and I DO NOT regret watching this episode. I started to cry when Jared did and I was like "Holy shit!" I hope they make season nine as awesome as the finale was. Because this series never stops amazing me.
your right to a degree,,,, if you remember.. Anna actually "ripped" out her own grace which was her way of disobeying... The angels that fell this time was due to metatron, and the spell he used to exile all angels from heaven... i think that makes a HUGE difference because anna was expelled for ripping out her own grace.. while these angels were forced out.
I totally agree! I haven't ever cried for a movie not even Titanic, Yes I felt bad but I never actually had tears rolling! The only tv show I have ever cried while watching was Supernatural!
It's been 3 years and I still can't get over this scene! Will I ever!? *cries in a corner*
You will, you have to for their sakes.
When the last finale will be aired, this one won't compare to it anymore. So yea, in a few centuries maybe you will
@@0rdeal613 not necessarily. I still can't get over this scene. This and season 5 Finale were the best endings.
7 years and sameeee
series just ended months ago and I can say with full confidence that this is still one of the best finales i've ever seen
"I got you little brother" I cried
After Sam said “how do I stop” dean instantly went into big brother mode
The acting in the last 5 minutes of this season finale was freaking brilliant, holy shit. I mean Jensen and Jared are obv hella talented but these final moments actually blew me away. They deserve an Oscar for this performance!
So it's been 4 years now. But I have to say, I agree with you. Supernatural is my favourite TV show.
4:05 where you see the angel falling is probably the coolest thing ever. And, the music is amazing. Fits perfectly
does anybody know the name of the music track?
Padakecki's acting was flawless in this episode. Actually he's been knocking it out for a while now. The whole "My greatest sin" thing made me cry. I loved the scene between Sam and Dean. does anybody realise its like the first time we see angels wings that's not shadows or burnt on the ground when they are falling
IKR!?!?! I’ve been WANTING TO SEE ANGEL WINGS FOR THE LONGEST
ITS RAININ' MEN HALLELUJAH
ROFL
NOT THE TIME! REALLY NOT THE TIME!
*Runs away and sobs in a corner*
I do admit it's funny. BUT SERIOUSLY, NOT THE TIME! :'(
jen teresa 🤣💀
🤣
Man I’m watching them have a moment and then I see this 😂😂
This is my favourite season finale since Season 5.
Sameee
This scene is the most epic scene out of supernatural....still in shock months after watching it...
the acting in this scene blows me away every single time. Kudos to Jensen and Jared for this

Oops. I replied to my own comment and didn't realize it until now
agree
Real Opinions I like how dean says : "no Cas.." when he sees the angels fall
@@realopinions8513 haha

Why does the end of almost every season make me cry?
Cali Rose Gauthier same
cause they play carry on wayward son in the beginning
@@farina4465 Eccept this season. what a bag of hot sh!t the final season was, way to end a 15 year show
Not season 7 ending

This is my absolute favourite scene in the whole series yet. Form the acting to the writing. J2 are amazing here!
The most beautiful tv speech ever.
Also, I really like Dean in FULL big brother/ dad mode around Sam. I wish Dean had someone taking care of him in the same way. Dean shoulders so much responsibility in this show.
0:47 Sam's voice.. He became completely heart broken..
The look on Deans face when Sam tells him his greatest sin hurt me
jared is just, ugh. so good in this scene.
yeah they had this lovely moment and crushed all that love in season 9.
what a cliffhanger since Season 5
Already seen Season 9 ?
no...
JARED
that fucking brilliant acting
This fucking scene was one of the best momenst of SPN
I just finished seeing it now and no words can explain my sorrow and angriness
Here I am 10 years later, still impacted by this scene
“I got you little brother” 😭😭😭😭😭
This is one of my favorite scenes of the entire show and my favorite season finale, the angels falling those VFX were so cool.
i always cry and get overemotional on this part yet i keep watching it over and over again
The feels of this episode just hits you right in the heart. It is by far the most touching season finales of all time.
The best part is when Sam says ”so?”
when i first saw the angels falling my heart just dropped.
This is my favorite scene in the show ❤
2018 and i cant stop watching it. Best finale of them all x
Holy fucking hell there hasn't been a weight to a season finale like this since swan song it feels like they finally have thier groove back
This finale was the best one of all supernatural this is my favorite number one scene
That END of Seasson was like END of the World so amazing with that SONG too and how bunker give red signals really like END of the World i like it

A lot of the time I forget that these are actors acting on a scripted show. It's just amazingly beautiful and I cry every time :'(
This is my favorite scene since Season 5 finale.
I am going to ball my eyes out, when this show comes to an end! :(
I love this show so much!
It must have been hell for them to come back from this when the director yelled "cut" DEAR GOD they are talented
Dean putting that cloth over sams wrist is Dean protecting his brother. Awesome dude.
Jensen’s delivery was insane. He nailed this scene.
Dean's speech was epic!! Then going into big brother mode was so adorable 😍😍
I LOVE this. It's a phenomenal scene, from one of the best Sam/Dean moments ever, through Dean's desperate cry for Cas to the angels falling. Just wow. The only thing I'm wondering about is, in season 4 when Anna fell, she started her life on earth as a baby... I think they kinda forgot that.
literally their best scene, it was all downhill from here
I remember watching this finale live, and I just stared in complete, open-mouthed awe at what I was seeing. Pretty sure I was holding my breath for most of it.
ooohhh look awesome i am middle of season 7 right now just started watching supernatural a month ago and loving it so mush
One of the best season finales in my opinion
This season finale always gives me goosebumps
My favourite scene ever! Didn't think any finale would match up to Swan song but Sacrifice just blew me away. Dean's speech and the angels falling...OMG it was beautiful, magical.

I couldn't agree more! I also got goosebumps looking at the falling angels ^0^
The last supernatural finale that made me go crazy!

Every actor was amazing in this episode, especially in the last six or so minutes.
best ending to a season EVER
This is absolutely still my favorite season finale 👏🏻😤
I loved the season finale! It was epic! I can't wait for season 9!
i cant even read the title of the episode without breaking down into tears
"I got you, little brother."
I do not regret crying like a baby, and having goosebumps from the angels falling, but that line... Is perfect. I don't want this show to end!!
Say what you want about season 8, but this was one of the best finales they've done 💔
شوكت تعرض على القناه
THAT ENDING WAS SO EPIC HOLY SHIT!!!
AND MISHA LOOKED BADASS AS FUCK HERE lol
This episode gave me mad feels ;A; Literally I'm in the middle of season seven and I DO NOT regret watching this episode. I started to cry when Jared did and I was like "Holy shit!" I hope they make season nine as awesome as the finale was. Because this series never stops amazing me.

0:22 Dean rapping with those rhymes
I would just like to say that I do not regret crying like a newborn baby.
3:46 I imagine this must be how Lucifer and a third of the angels fell from heaven.
BEST SEASON FINALE EVER
:) Still got goosebumps from it
This is one of my favourite finales.
I can't do this. This had to be one of the SADDEST things ever to happen in Supernatural.
DAMN.. this scene is powerful..
Dean would literally do anything for Sam. Put his life or anyone else's lives in danger just to save Sam.
Can't wait for Season 9!!!!!!!!
This has to be the most emotional season finale ever aired on tv. Gotta love these two brothers...
Yeees bitches get that right. Sam was, is, will be the only person Dean can't live without. Not his parents, not Jo or Lisa. Only Sam.
best. Finale. EVER.
These guys always makin me choke up.. Cant wait for season 9 Cx
Jared 👏👏👏👏👏
Damn. Sammy. U brought the vampire trusting card OUT.
they are so quite
Where's the LOVE button?
The fall of the Angels always reminds me of the release of the darkness and idk why.
Same church
I love the release of the darkness more than this!that was more exiting and seemed so scary and dangerous!
SO MANY FEELINGS
Right in the feels. Gahhhh!!
Oh god 😭😭 “let it go brother”
Imagine Jenson playing Jason Todd and Jared playing Nightwing and they had a scene like this
Does anyone know where to find the music playing in the background? You know that orchestral music playing while the angels are falling? :)
yh season 5 was the intended end but i found season 6 quie dull and seven one of my favourites... 8 was pretty badass too
How could you....?! This is so beautiful yet it is meant to be heartbreaking!! AAAAAAGGHHHHH
I totally agree! I haven't ever cried for a movie not even Titanic, Yes I felt bad but I never actually had tears rolling! The only tv show I have ever cried while watching was Supernatural!
It was pretty good (much better than Season 7 ending) but I feel like Season 5 was all around better.
still not over it.
