Idk if you'll see this comment but I'm from Paris and for our salty crepes we like to use Buckwheat flour. And typically no eggs in the flour. Just flour and water. Very thin. Then for the sweet ones we use what you made there. Also one of our classics is a crepe with lemon juice and sugar in it. You should try it.

Nice and well done! Pro tip here… Always crack an egg on a flat surface not the edge of a container. I used to work for a chef, and for many many many many many hours I would crack eggs upon eggs upon dozens of eggs. You crack them on an edge and, well…DISASTER will strike!
I actually met the Jamaica bobsled team, as they were practicing in Lake Placid. My dad was the guy in the timing booth, I got to hang out with the coolest medical people (the stories they had maybe weren't very kid friendly), then my dad made me his runner to deliver time sheets to the sledders.

Lemon goes in with the heal opposite of the holes. Looks backwards but the half round part of the press inverts the lemon and squeezes more juice out.

Crappies and sunnies are probably my favorite tasting fish, something about them taste so sweet. I love red snapper too but i think crappies just barely beat them for me. I personally just remove the guts and fry em whole. The bones arent too bad

I live here and my son and I never catch a thing. We fish all the time any where we can. Tell me please what we are doing wrong. Micro fishing is what we can do well, but we want to eat something that w catch. Also, we love you and your family so much. That includes the boys too. lol
Try the live bait with bobbers like you saw us do Set it so it has a slip bobber, so it ends up a foot off the bottom

Wish the lake I grew up at had nice crappie lol. They’re always more around the 6:7 inch range for most. I always gut and cut the head, cook the rest for more meat.
