The whole house is so nice. Gave me a lot of interior design ideas for my next house project. I like the mirror concept as it adds so much glam to the space, but the placement is a bit off for any potential Chinese tenants. Placing a giant mirror directly in front of the main door is not good Feng Shui. Just something to keep in mind when designing for your future projects. I see that you take this business seriously so I would suggest picking up some books to study on Feng Shui home layouts and arrangements. You will be able to create calm and peaceful living spaces by applying the principles of Feng Shui in your projects.

Maybe you can put up some divider outside the balcony with tall plants to block the view.. get inspiration from Japanese exterior design in packed area like Tokyo and Kyoto..
