    No offense to masters, but I'd rather hear it Instrumental much like Roy Ayers these days, singing days are over & the music they made would be better w/o vocals half the time anyway... imho. Sorry for a "negative" comment; but In other words I would've loved to sample this performance w/o the singing as his arrangements are superb & gorgeous, absolutely Sublime. Singing isn't necessary when your music speaks volumes & beyond words.

      no negativity. just facts. He could stand up there waving a baton and I'd still give him and the music props. Because the music is amazing. (btw nice Roy Ayers shout, one of my all-time faves)

      True, coarse voice seems not to "fit", while smooth orchestra plays 10/10.

      This song is about getting old and coming to terms with your past. It’s great that he sings it.
