Thank you for this video. I'm currently doing my dissertation and all of your videos related to the SPSS have helped me a lot. I have one doubt: I have 4 independent variables(Green marketing mix elements) and 1 dependent variable (consumer purchase intention). While performing correlation and regression for all the elements of the green marketing mix and consumer purchase intention together, there is a contradiction for the variable “Green Place” in terms of positive and negative relations. For regression, I followed the "Enter" method.
Green Place with consumer purchase intention: r=0.531, p-value=

Sir we have a query, we asked 25 questions to 400, and there is 4 category in age groups 20-25, 25-30, 30-35, we want to calculate mean and standard deviations of opinion of each age group.

    Hello Dr.
    Watched many videos on RUclips
Your video is life saver, now i can complete my regression analysis
I have one doubt, in my data I am getting value of slope negative but ANOVA is showing MODEL is significant,
What does that negative slope mean here?
Should i report it significant or insignificant?
    PLEASE help

    • @dr.sumeetbakshi

I am glad, you find it helpful
Negative slope means variables are negatively correlated. This you can check by looking at the value of coefficient of Correlation.
Your ANOVA table showing model is significant, you can further check significance value of t-test in coefficient table. Which tells you whether slope is significant or not.

this is best tool for research students , you can create a model that can predict what will be the value of dependent variable for a given observation

How use likert scale data in linear regression? Like in my questionnaire there is 10 questions 1. You are getting quality service from your institute. a)disagree b) neutral c) agree. Like that there are 9 more questions, How to plot this questionaries in linear regression. please help me out ma'am i am close to my deadline

    • @dr.sumeetbakshi
      @dr.sumeetbakshi  2 года назад +2

You have to enter all questions including their responses of all participants in SPSS. Then define the responses like give no. 1 to disagree, 2 neutral and no. 3 agree. After that find mean of all responses for all the participants. This variable will be your D.V/I.V for computation of linear regression.
      Hope this helped!
Will try to upload related video soon
