I know it's easy to say but please, find energy to do that and focus. Mikhaila Peterson can't do either dairy or any other animal products except pure meat of two kinds. She's been eating like this for 5 years without cheating because she knows she can't do that. Forget about dairy or coffee, focus, for your family, just focus. When the book comes out people all over the world will be buying it and you will start earining. I am a single mother, and as you probably know, Poland is not the most ideal place to live in (hence millions of Poles in the UK). I feel sick most of the time and I wanted to leave this purgatory called earth many a time but I keep going for my son's sake. You can dot this!❤
