I have this scooter and I think it's best and most comfortable to ride it with the seat like an ebike/moped. Once I went back to standing, it was not as good as riding with my VSett 8 where I can have the handlebars higher. Only saying this cause I'm 6 ft tall. The only other thing that can be improved is the front suspension and turning. It definitely zips and can keep up with traffic, which is what I like.
I agree, but for me the standing problem is more because of the short deck. It's much more comfortable sitting (now that I fixed the seat) than standing with my leg on the back fender. Paul from ESG, says the front suspension can be improved by removing a second washer inside the front end. I haven't tried it yet and don't know if Solar implemented the fix in their production.
@@adrumwhisperer you’re right on the short deck, standing on the back fender is uncomfortable too. But I guess you can’t expect perfection at that price point with the performance it offers
@@DJSelphi I'm pretty happy overall. My search criterion was something that can climb any hill with a 260lb rider, go at least 20mph with at least 20miles of range and weigh under 75lbs. The P1 does all that and gives me up to 37mph and a place to sit. I would also like to try out a Vsett or an Emove. You might want to put up a video comparing your Vsett and Solar... I think people would be interested in a comparison.
That is going to depend on other factors like your weight and terrain. Unless you are only riding on a track, It's not realistic to think of top speed for the entire range. The video below shows you how to estimate your remaining mileage based on the battery voltage: ruclips.net/video/kE5W5VSqP78/видео.htmlsi=ITNpKJGotHqnkrbH

@@adrumwhispererhave you tried the front suspension hack? I know they spoke about it in a video but never specified what the “hack” was.
@that_2forty_struggle991 the hack is removing an extra washer. I didn't take mine apart yet to test it.
Just bought one online last night for myself as a birthday present! Hopefully it’s here within the next week! I can’t wait!!
Enjoy, I'm having fun with mine.!
What city, state is this trail in! Nice to explore!
Its eastside of Atlanta, GA
@@adrumwhisperer nice! I just got my P1 3.0 two days ago and I’ve been zipping around Roswell, Alpharetta, and Cumming. Really fun scooter!
@that_2forty_struggle991 very cool! there are alot of good trails around here.
What’s the range of this at top speed???

@@adrumwhisperer okay maybe not top speed then but what would you say the range is like? Thanks for replying
@ssssssp1991 at 265lbs, with a mix of terrain and speeds 22miles.
