- In this language and cultural exchange video my wife who is a native Dutch woman and I who is a Ghanaian share some essential words and phrases in our respective languages and their meanings.
The two languages are Dutch and Twi which is one of the most widely spoken dialects in Ghana.

The origin of "brofo" is from Ghana's past relationship with the British colonial administration as the principal group that interacted with Ghanaians, mainly the Akan ethnic group which coined a phrase in their language for the moment.

In the Scandinavian countries " Lekker " means " Toys or Play ".
