It's not all about getting a pretty face and use makeup, it's about, it's about the changes in your life that makes you feel happier and cool with how you are
Some glow ups take time. They can take days, weeks, months and yes, even years
You can glow up from not being confident with your body to get the body shape you always wanted
You can glow up from going through depression, anxiety and stress to a nice mental health state
And yes, you can maybe do skin care and try new hair routine/products until you're happy with your look
So note that these tips may work for others but not for you
.... And pls drink soda if you like to, my mom has been drinking coca cola since she's a kid. She's 49 now and people always think she's 5 - 8 uears younger 💅
