Recorded in the beautiful Yoga Garden yurt on the Knepp Estate, this is your chance to relax and let go into the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, frame drum and didgeridoo.
The therapeutic application of sound has been used for thousands of years and here this very special collection of instruments are brought together to help you journey towards a deep and meditative state.
For the best experience, make sure you find yourself a comfortable place to rest and a good set of headphones. Give yourself time to settle into practice and be sure to take it easy afterwards.

What type of microphone do you use in this video?
Thank you 🙏. I use a Zoom H5 sound recorder. This allows me to place the microphone away from the camera and as close as possible to the instruments. The sound and video are pieced together at the editing stage.

Thank you 🙏. It's a very simple setup using an H5 Zoom recorder and DSLR camera. I edited using my Mac and iMovie. It's amazing what you can do with simple things.
