Hey Jena. I am also on intermittent fasting for three months now. I took the 20/4 option, because in total I'm about 30 kg overweight. I think I'm already halfway there. Also, I exercise two to three times a week. I can confirm that this fast affects both the mental and psychological state of a person, it simply purifies both body and spirit. I plan to stay on this fast until Christmas, and later when I am satisfied with my weight, I will take the 16/8 option.
That’s awesome! You’ll have to let me know in a few months your progress & how you feel! I’ve been fasting for 2 weeks & I’ve been feeling pretty good. I’ve had to break it 3-4 times because of breastfeeding & feeling like I was starving lol. When I am done breastfeeding in January/February ish I am going to try the 20/4 option!
The money you spent on the beef will be worth it though bc you won’t have to buy it every week at the store 😊 I really need to start tracking how much we spend for groceries, and trying to get back into meal planning. Also love that athletic outfit you got from target, it’s so cute!
I feel like you do pretty well on groceries and are conscious of what you get despite the insanely high prices right now 😫! When we have a large family we just sometimes have to spend much more. The bulk shopping does help! 🩷
Awe thank you, I really try my best to do well on the budget. I feel like if I went to Aldi I could get it down lower but I love buying in bulk at Sam’s club & love the convenience of pick up ordering at Walmart & Sam’s for free lol

Groceries have been so ridiculous! We’ve had to be more mindful of eating out as well since groceries are costing more.
