I was 22 at that time, it was awsome. Ik can remember that some guy took a picture of me right in front of me and when I got home I was looking online to find that picture but couldnt find it. About 7 years later people texted me that I was in the Metro paper. I was like, wtf. It was an article about hearing damage at concerts and they used that picture. Sorry for this story i think was funny and take care!

There seems to be a lot of tension here & also I think Tom is kinda high honestly which might be part of the reason why Mark seems a bit annoyed. I think Mark was noticing Tom becoming more sloppy around this time which was probably bothering him because he & Travis both were actually really on point (especially because this was when they were at their peak popularity).
I can see Tom being high here, but I think most of the tension came from Tom having the highest charting single. I think it went to his head a bit. Before all the small things Mark had every successful single, then all the small things became their biggest hit. On their next record they were both way more competitive and then after that Tom went and did BCR. Mark is 3 years older and was kinda in charge up to this point, then things began to change.

It broke my heart as a teen to fall in love with their live album, see I missed their last show near me, and then stumble onto news that they actually were on hiatus,and having no clue what that meant. To me it all happened so fast. That was a sign of the times and the internet.
