  • Masala Fish Fry
    Ingredients::
    2tbsp rice flour
    1tsp red chilli powder
    1tsp cumin powder
    1tsp coriander powder
    1/2 tsp pepper powder
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    Salt as per taste
    1tsp garilc and ginger taste
    1 lemon juice
    2 tbsp olive oil
    5-6 chopped curry leaves
    Coriander leaves chopped
    Water
    Oil to fry
    Clean the fish pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
    In a bowl, mix rice flour,red chili powder, turmeric powder,pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, lemon juice, garlic& ginger paste,and olive oil ,curry leaves and coriander leaves chopped,add water to form a paste.
    Apply this masala paste to both sides of the fish pieces and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, but longer if possible for more flavor .
    Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
    Once the oil is hot, carefully add the fish pieces one by one. Fry them until they turn golden brown and are cooked through, which usually takes about 3-4 minutes on each side .
    Remove the fried fish onto a paper towel to drain excess oil.
