Antonio Lucio Vivaldi (1678 - 1741) was a great Venetian, a revolutionary mind of his time. He was a composer, virtuoso violinist and impresario of Baroque music.
"The Four Seasons" ("Le quattro stagioni") is a group of four violin concertos. These were composed around 1718−1720, when Vivaldi was the court chapel master in Mantua.
