Great recipe Keef. My favourite actually is the Cherry bakewell tart one because I love the combination of icing, almond and jam. I mash up cherry pie filling to use as my jam. Damn it's so good! 👍

Tip: if you don't want to worry about the heat from your hands simply use 2 knives to cut the butter (freeze it frist for best results) into the flour as it imparts the least amount of heat.
