  • In this video, we go through a basic Bodyweight Conditioning Workout which consists of three 5-minute AMRAPs and three rounds of ab work.
    BLOCK 1 // 5-MINUTE AMRAP
    1 1/2 Squat - 10 reps
    10 Push-Ups
    BLOCK 2 // 5-MINUTE AMRAP
    Split Squat (foot elevated on a box) - 10 reps each leg
    10 Dips
    BLOCK 3 // 5-MINUTE AMRAP
    Glute Bridge 15 reps
    10 Face-Down Back Extensions (Pulling into a W while lifting torso)
    BLOCK 4 // 3-ROUNDS OF:
    20 Hollow Hold Scissors
    10 Jack Knives
    Side Plank Hip Raises 15 reps each side
