I'm Back again with another video full of Midjourney art styles that will Make your AI images POP. just toss one or two words in your prompts to transform your images. Everyone will want to know how you made your images. You have the secret sauce.
As always, I've included 20 diverse styles so there's a style here for everyone! Today, there's a selection of illustration styles, a walk on the darker side and the lighter side of art. Then we'll explore some alternative mediums and some way out there experimental stuff! Thinking outside the box is what makes AI special!

I'm working in MJ 5.1, today. MJ seems to be the most responsive to artistic terms. But MJ isn't the only AI image generator out there. Will these terms work in other AI image generators. Absolutely!

I am really loving the "Prompt Secrets" series! I use the free AI generators (BlueWillow and Bing Image Creator the most however not the only ones) and I find that, even if it's a different look than MidJourney, I still get some nice and/or interesting results. And many thanks for the cheat sheets!!
Terrific! I have a lot of fun making the series. Many of the art terms will work in other AI image generators. Though I find Midjourney to be the most responsive to art terms. But it's fun to see what the different AI do with the terms.
*i've had really good results with nightcafe', Deep Ai Leonardo Ai and stable diffusion online...well worth checking out...in fact i use them so much that it made sense to obtain the premium/pro subscriptions and gain access to the other elements of the programs...if you are looking for something that is capable of producing a lot of images very quickly without being memory draining look at stable diffusion online...the available version works very well and images are seldom over 100k nightcafe' and deep ai produce beautiful images that are sometimes over six or seven megs each...leonardo ai does have a free version that gives you 150 credits a day to work with that regenerate the following day so that should be enough for experimentation or simply messing about with...that being said each one of these is its own rabbit hole and you can easily find yourself at any one of them for literally hours at a time once you have a good prompt*

Have you tried added the word "greebles" to the end of your prompts? It will add little tiny details to whatever it is your prompting for. The results can be really interesting.

What I can't put up with, is typing some terms in negative prompt and the A.I. giving me the same terms I don't want. What the hell....

Thank you so much for the video and cheat sheet! I'm still relatively new to AI art, but enjoying it, despite many times getting something completely different than my prompt. I don't blame the AI, I just need to work on better prompts to have more control over the results (as in getting closer to what I have in mind LOL!). So to RUclips I go, and found your video. I don't use Midjourney mostly because I can't afford it right now (I'm have zero income coming in), so I look to the free ones like Leonardo and especially Night Cafe. I didn't watch the other videos... yet, but I intend to.

It's amazing what one or two words will do with the style! The AI knows what these terms are, we just need to know to ask for the look.
Question guys. On the prompt what is or what does the " --v 5.1 " mean? Would i have to add that to the prompt? Example

Great question! Version 5.1 is the latest Midjourney version. Right now, you don't have to add --v 5.1 because it's the default. But while it was in testing, you had to add the parameter. Did you try out "when fred eats food gets thrown", too once? In combination with pictures of humans with animals it creates really bizarre results =D

Is there a limit which the AI "doesn't read" the prompts style if they are too much and too different together ? 2. sometime I see prompts written inside ( ) which is the difference in the Language method , is it necessary ? 3. The AI can ignore what you write. I talked about this a lot in the video on MJ's shorten tool Why You Need Midjourney’s /Shorten Tool ruclips.net/video/jpOP7G4L5_4/видео.html 2. the parentheses is a shorthand in Stable Diffusion models that tells the AI to emphasize what's inside. Midjourney uses a different system of weights ::2 to double the weight of what comes before It's been a long time since I've done a weighting video but here's the basics Multi-Prompts in Midjourney :: Should You Use them? ruclips.net/video/ayIp712u-vQ/видео.html 3. In Stable Diffusion based AI, there should be a negative prompts box somewhere. In Midjourney, write --no and then list the things you don't want to see. Here's the video on negative prompts in MJ. Yes, of course! I usually try the prompts in Leonardo and BlueWillow. BW isn't very good at artistic styles, but Leo is.

Do you need to upscale,if yes what tool to use?
I use Topaz Gigapixel AI or On1 Resize. There are a few new AI tools coming out but I haven't done an exhaustive test. These I know work.

Thanks! Yes, in your prompt the numbers are all photography settings. You're telling the AI to think like a camera. You're trying to reinforce the photography look. The AI will not act like a camera, though. You're not REALLY going to get f2.8 like you would on a camera, but the AI might interpret that to be a shallow depth of field (blurry background).

Here the prompt:
A beautiful boy who is king, he has silky dark blue and short black hair, blue eyes, he wearing a dark blue and white suit, he holding red roses wrap in white paper, he saying, "Be mine and the world is yours!" With old English text with in a white speech bubble, anime pop art with dark Chiaroscuro background
The prompt will probably work fine, but the text won't work (yet). Midjourney version 5.2 (current version) doesn't make good text. Dalle3 is the only image generator I know of right now that is good with text. Check back in after Midjourney releases version 6 and this might be different.

There are soo many videos/sites with prompts, how do you remember all of them? I'm new to Midjourney, and I understand playing around with different styles etc. Idk just feels a bit overwhelming lol
I get it! It's like having the whole candy store. Just start small. Try a few of these prompts with a subject and see what you like. Only you have to like the result!

It shouldn't give you anime style unless you ask for it😃 If you're in Midjourney, try typing /prefer suffix into your message bar and click enter. Maybe you have a --niji suffix attached to your prompts.

@@ponyososuke6647 MIdjourney doesn't have free trials any more. But try these words in another AI image generator. Some work, others won't. There's an SD model called OpenJourney that tries to get you close to the MIdjourney style.
As a dedicated user of Midjourney, I have some concerns that I would like to address. Firstly, I find it inconvenient that there are no easy slider knobs to adjust certain features such as Leonardo AI and stable diffusion. Secondly, when creating complex scenes, such as those involving crying or dramatic elements, I feel like Midjourney falls short. Do you know of any image editing tools that would allow me to add bullets or laser beams to my pictures?
Or perhaps, do you have any tips on how to make crying pictures more believable despite Midjourney's limitations? I have some truly amazing shots, but I feel like they lack that extra "wow" factor that would make them stand out, especially for those who are passionate about AI art. Also, I am concerned about copyright issues. Do you use a patent checker or something similar to verify if your art is flagged as copyrighted?
I am hesitant to sell my art despite many edits I made with Midjourney. I used certain techniques of real painters who are still alive, as well as combining them with different ones. However, I am scared that the painter will sue me for being inspired by their style and using it in my own AI art compositions.
Lots of questions here! For a start, AI images aren't copyrightable. Also, style isn't copyrightable. So, you can make images in the style of.... and you're fine. The AI generates images - that means they aren't just copying existing images. The AI companies let you use the images and most let you use them commercially. Go ahead and sell the images. But know that you do not have EXCLUSIVE rights to sell the images. The lawsuits that are pending have to do with how the AI models were trained in the first place. I haven't heard about any concerning any specific output.

You have any magic words that will stop AI art from making hands with more than four fingers or generating extra limbs for no reason. Lol
No magic words for this one! Try negative prompting. I have two videos on this (one for Midjourney, one for Stable Diffusion). Every version gets a little better at this.
