I think this year we will see lots of amazing AI tools that will make our lives easier. Those who can use these AI tools smartly will be the gainers. Recently I created amazing images with Blue Willow
Wow! A Masterclass in Color for AI. I've already been using your "Colors Recognized by MJ" spreadsheet. Thanks for that! As an experiment, I asked for a "pearl-colored" object, and it worked. Might be something to add to the spreadsheet--although I'm not sure how universally accepted "pearl" is across AI art generators. I have subscribed!
You can also ask Midjourney to make a image with a colour palette then use another tool to find the name for those colours and use them for future projects.
This is great, I love it! I noticed this time, you referred to AIs generally, not Midjourney specifically. What generators did you use to make the art in this video?
Great as always, Thanks. At 11 seconds you generated an image of a flower that is 3D with colors spread around it, what prompt did you use? And is it possible to create this image in Leonardo?
Very great content. Thank you. May I request a video on prompts for visual viewpoints and angles. 😅 I'm not sure how to write prompts to describe how I would like the image to look from my viewpoint if this makes sense
So, question, when assigning color prompts, what is the best way to isolate certain colors to specific prompts? I've tried sectioning off colors specific to certain prompts with parenthesis, hyphening, quotations, under-scores, semi-colons, and several combinations of said attempts, to try and isolate colors to specific prompts; but if enough colors are mentioned in the prompt, it all starts blending together over what I'm trying to create.
Yeah - generative AI will do that. You might be able to control 1-2 colors, but beyond that you'll start to see blends. You're already sectioning off. Also make sure you are using natural language to clearly assign colors to objects or sections. If you use Midjourney, you can try weighting sections or colors by using :: In Stable Diffusion, ( ) around colors might help.
@@MakingPhoto I also tried it, i Even did try to extract color from an image having some subject, I blured and added a noise then use that as an image prompt kinda works but not actually as expected.
I was hoping to be able to replicate an EXACT color, but for now, just the color labels. Although once I started looking, we have A LOT of words in the English language for colors.
great video, I'm trying to make colorful digital art from some of my photo images. I just can't seem to change the colors to get what I envision in my mind. any suggestion
You missed the colors because there are MORE shades of color in nature we can not live long enough to see them all. Also humans are colored blind without light
@@MakingPhoto Yes, thanks for your response. Im Mexican and can understand 98% of English, you can talk at normal speed, no problem.. However the pauses are necessary to let your audience know you are actually changing subject.
Thank you for the helpful educational video. I appreciate the clear and concise information about the topic. The video was easy to follow, and I learned a lot. ❤🩷🧡🩶💛🖤💚🤎💙💜🩵
Your videos are making us all smarter, insanely informative content in every installment🌟👏👍
Glad you like them!
Concise, competent, no misleading baiting. Thanks for your work!
My pleasure! Keep creating, Christian!

Terrific idea! Pearl-colored brings up a beautiful sheen
Wow, you’re videos are amazing. I learn so much from you. Thank you

Awesome video!!! 😊❤❤
It's full of precious content!!! 🌟
Thank you for sharing it with us!!! 😄🙌🙌
My pleasure 😊 have fun making colorful rainbows!
Thank you for this brilliant video, wealth of information and excellent way of explanation, it is the best video made on the topic.
Wow great sharing knowledge about colors. Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful day ahead! ❤😊
Thanks! Happy coloring!
All ways priceless tip$! 🎉 I def need to use these color guidance ones a lot more especially for client content creation to match brand etc
Color information is often neglected. I look forward to the AI accepting hex codes for more precise color instructions.
This is exactly what I was looking for this list you made is priceless 👍
Terrific! Glad this helped.
I never thought about "I need to know the name" but now i do for this AI stuff, adding more Vocabulary not bad at all. Ty and have a nice day.
Thanks! Previously it was about the AI tool. But now that the tools are getting so good, it's about OUR vocabulary.
@@MakingPhoto Yep
Always the best information, love your videos!!!
Thanks, Diego!
You can also ask Midjourney to make a image with a colour palette then use another tool to find the name for those colours and use them for future projects.
Great tip!
Thanks so much for your help with this. I was feeling so stuck.
I'm glad this help! Now we have the tools, the trick is to find new ways to use them.
Wow! Wonderful class…like wonderful colors...
Love that color!
You give me such good vibes to me !!!
Thanks! Always looking to be creative !
I love the editing in this video. Great job!
Thanks!
This is so cool, I usually think about color after the fact. SHAME! :) The color reference link is awesome. Thanks for sharing!
I did too, until I realized how many color words I could use!
Very helfpful! A real eyeopener. Thanks
Thanks! Have some color fun!
Thanks for your videos, they are very useful.
Thanks MissyG! Have fun creating
This is great, I love it! I noticed this time, you referred to AIs generally, not Midjourney specifically. What generators did you use to make the art in this video?
I generally use Midjourney. It is the most responsive. But the colors work in other AI. I usually check Leonardo AI, SD 2.1, and BlueWillow.
Super video and very helpful. Thanks a lot.
Thanks!
Excellent! But one thing is missing. How to prompt for avoiding a color? "avoid brown/ color - no brown/ etc." results in brown images in firefly -_-
Thank you for all you do. I’ve learned so much from you. I really appreciate it.
No problem! Hope the videos jump start creativity!
Thank you so much.
You're welcome!

Thanks! Let me think about the angles. I was just writing a drone prompt the other day.
Thanks alot for this information. Also can we see some more videos tutorials on Leonardo too?
Yes. I'm using both Leonardo & Midjourney a lot.
Really very good information for ai art Creator 😍😍
Thank you so much 😀
Great video thanks
Glad you enjoyed it!
Amazing! Thanks a lot!
No problem! Have some fun with color!

this is sooooo gooooood !!!!!! thank you very very much for sharing your knowlage
Glad you enjoyed it! Hope it helps you make some rainbows!
would be great if we could use an image input as a palette, or even a palette image as an input. Maybe that will be possible in future update :)
I did try an image prompt to match a color. It sort of works, but not always as expected.

If you're working with photos, try a color tool like PaletteFM
Great video🎉
Thank you 😁
MJ also recognices oil painting color names.🎨
Great tip! I didn't think to try these.
where is style reference guide?

The frame interpolation tool on RunwayML

As deep as a puddle.
