How did they traditionaly do this without ai? Im wondering if the manual way would come to the same conclusions? Which one is more trust worthy?

This is great except I have a survey of 800+ open-ended responses. Claude summarized it into the top themes for me. I want it also to categorize each individual line based on these top themes, but it tells me that it can't do it. I wish it was able to go into the excel sheet and just add a separate column with these themes. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do it either in Claude AI or ChatGPT.
