All the moment ever requires is our presence. Then we can live in a place between rationality and irrationality. We become comfortable with uncertainty. It's our attachment to being anywhere than here that causes suffering. Our minds overcomplicate things.
We get to choose who and how we're going to be in every moment, but there's a familiarity in clinging to tired old identities that only breed discontent.
Freedom is possible but boundless possibility leaves our ego scrambling back into the life raft of its reinforcing misguided narrative of our self as a fixed entity uniquely distinct from context.
Humility and humour are key. The ego will always reassert itself but if we can have the distance to have a chuckle at how commanding the weird and trivial fixations of this empty construct can be on out lives, there's a possibility of peace

Concluding that "Life makes no sense" is presumptuous in that to arrive at this conclusion, one must believe: 1) that one is capable of recognizing and understanding the sense of Life; and 2) that if one is unable to do that, there must be no sense to be found in Life. This is absurd because it completely ignores the likely possibility that one may not currently be capable of recognizing and understanding the sense of Life. Similarly, to conclude that "there is no logical reason for the universe to exist" presumes that one is currently capable of discerning a logical reason for the universe to exist. Perhaps one's means and methods for answering such questions are lacking in scope and ability.
To fall into the darkness of doubt and rejection because one is unable to make sense and find logical reason is a sad fate that befalls one only because of one's inability to recognize the current limitations of one's ability to know, understand and reason. It is an act of succumbing to the lack of immediate success instead of continuing to strive for greater clarity. Unaliving one's self, committing philosophical suicide, and perhaps even physical suicide, can only ensure that one will never attain the status of knowing and understanding the sense of Life and the reason for existence.
The alternative is to question one's self regarding one's assumptions, presumptions, means and methods of trying to answer such questions. This is, if pursued in an open-minded and open-hearted manner, likely to help one see where one has gone astray or fallen short in one's efforts which in turn may help one find openings for further inquiry that might produce more satisfying and fulfilling results. The mind is a great tool, but it depends upon gathering bits and pieces of data and then processing them. An inherent problem is that there are an infinite number of pieces of data, but only a finite ability to gather them, so the required data set will never be complete, which makes it impossible for the mind to form a complete picture. Another inherent problem is that the mind can and usually does become attached to whatever strongly captures its attention, which renders it blind to everything else.
One revelation of an open-minded and open-hearted inquiry might be that scientific investigations of the material realm may not be capable of revealing all that is necessary to produce the desired knowledge and understanding. Another revelation might be that the reasoning of the mind might fall short of being able to arrive at the appropriate conclusions regarding the sense of Life and the reason for existence.
The spiritual realm has unfortunately been greatly misrepresented by the world's religious traditions, because religion is organized spirituality that, having been organized by wo/mankind, has been greatly distorted by the minds involved and regrettably divorced from its underlying spirituality. The inherent truth that spirituality could help us see has been lost to logical reasoning influenced by human fears and politics.
In addition to the limited powers of the mind, the knowing ways of an all-embracing heart are necessary to see and grok the whole picture. The heart is capable of embracing all and everything and of including all interrelationships. Only through such a holistic approach, with mind and heart working together, might one possibly arrive at the enlightenment of complete clarity and understanding and thereby avoid the demise lurking in the abysmal darkness that most philosophies wallow in regarding their searches for sense and meaning.

Really enjoyed the video, I can personally attest to the sometimes overwhelming feeling of despair I used to struggle with after I loss touch with faith. Never in my life had I ultimately feared death or really pondered my purpose until I started to believe that we may be alone in this universe.
Currently I've accepted that my life is ultimately meaningless, but instead of that being a negative I actually think it's a positive, it takes the veil off and allows me to try and find purpose in world where there is none, construct a life that I'm happy with.
There's a book "The World's Religions" if you haven't read it I recommend it, it takes the basic philosophy of multiple religions and uses them as a foundational approach to life

I've never understood how "imagining Sisyphus happy" isn't just taking the "leap of faith" that Kierkegaard proposes. They both seem like arbitrary, axiomatic decisions to project a version of reality onto the existing one. Kierkegaard proposes choosing to believe in God, Camus chooses to believe in Sisyphus being happy. It's quite possible that I haven't read enough of either author to be confident in this, but it seems like an aesthetic difference to me.

I def recommend existentialism. Life is meaningless, and there is nothing after life and the universe. Since there is no intrinsic meaning, I can choose meaning for myself. I've decided that the purpose of the universe is to host life lived well, for people to have healthy levels of adversity but not suffer, where people can satisfy their shared values and their personal ones if boundaries of harm and consent are respected. Since I have selected axiomatic truths, I can derive morality. Those actions which allow me and others to live fulfilled lives are good. Those that disallow them are bad. For me to hold these values, I have realized, necessarily entails not only purpose but duty. I must pursue those actions I deem of most combined benefit to conscious life both now and at the far end of the heat death of the universe. I have created for myself a perpetual purpose, a goal to live for. If I am correct about the advancement of aging research, I will live to see the day of longevity escape velocity when science allows people the chance to live, with the only upper limit being the heat death of the universe. I intend to be here the entire time, trying to do right.

At the end of the day, why do we really need a meaning to life anyway, it is here isn't it? To love something is to give yourself away for it. We are constantly dying, constantly giving ourselves away. We are all literally dying to love everything here. The only meaning I see to life that is worth striving for is figuring out how to connect with that. From what I understand that is the same feeling we have always called Jesus as well as it is real love on a deeper level, not the chemical reaction created by the brain. Breath seems to be how consciousness arises in the body and breathwork really helps one really align to the no-thing that spiritual people are connecting to. The breath of God as they say. IT really helps you get into the present moment to be able to see that love is all that is really real. Psychedelics help as well. If you are struggling to find meaning in your life, maybe it is time to explore the possibility that you never needed it to begin with, all you really need is wonder.

How To Live In Harmony With Nature And Reduce Pollution
    1. Many Production Which We Do Not Need Actually For Human Beings Has To Be Stopped
We manufacture so many products and it is creating pollution. So if we minimise our products, pollution would be less.
We produce so many things which we do not need, like cold drinks, leather products, potato wafers, chips, fruit juices, chocolates, biscuits, pickles, ice creams, etc.
Cold drinks, fruit juices, pickles, ice creams, etc. Should be cooked at home only.
If we stopped producing this things which are not required for humans, so much pollution could be reduced.
If we colour the clothes pollution occurs. So if we don't colour our clothes, the pollution resulting from colouring the clothes can be stopped. Let everything remain in natural colour.
    2. We Should Cook Foods In Its Natural Form
We can cook rice and wheat in our homes and eat it. Rice and Wheat is produced in farms. Then it is packed and transported to big warehouses, then wholesalers buy from them and supply to retail shops.
But if a manufacturing company makes bread from rice and wheat, then to make bread a manufacturing company has to be set up, machines and working staffs are needed. When a company is built many other things are also needed. Then at last a plastic pack is required to pack the breads.
So if we start cooking eatable things in its natural form then we do not need many companies like bread manufacturing company, tomato ketchup, noodles, fruit jam, pizza, burger, etc., the things required for the company and the plastic pack, paper box pack and glass bottles. If done like this, so many companies will not be required and hence less pollution for the world.
Also we could save our money like this. If you buy a packet of bread, it would cost you more money than if you cook wheat and rice in home.
Previously before industrial revolution, we didn't have technology, but our foods were rich with nutrients. Now we have technology, but technology is polluting our foods and our foods are not rich with nutrients, and because of that also we have health problems.
If this is done, then many jobs would be lost. For that many peoples should do farming and they should be given loans if they do not have enough money to start farming on their own.
Food, Medicines, Surgeries and Education's should be made free to the world till the world settles down with farming. After that food, medicines, surgeries and education's should be stopped free to the world.
Many people should study botany subject so that they have knowledge of plants and they should do farming.
Is their any another solution, that humans won't lose jobs and also pollution would decrease. Humans have to take this step certainly instead of going on polluting the earth, making wildlife extinct and also mass extinctions of humans in future.
    3. Electricity Pollution
We create electricity from many types of sources like coal, water, etc., but it creates pollution. If electricity created from windmill and solar energy then no pollution occurs in the creation process. But still to manufacture windmill and solar machines pollution would occur.
As I previously said that if we shut down many manufacturing companies which are producing things which are not needed for humans, then the world would not require so much electricity. If less electricity required, then less pollution generated.
    4. Could We Stop Drinking Cow's and Buffalo's Milk
Whatever vitamins and nutrients we get from milk, if we can get it from other eatable things, then we can stop drinking cow's and buffalo's milk. As milk has to be packed in glass bottles and plastic packs and then transported to places. All of this can be stopped.
For infants whose mother's have died or mother's who cannot breast feed their infants, only for them cow's and buffalo's milk should be given. We use milk in tea and coffee. Instead of milk we must use lime with tea and coffee or just plain tea and coffee. A lime should be cut into a few pieces and cooked with tea and coffee or something else can be used instead of lime.
    5. How Much Should Be The World's Population
Every place should have a single house. No buildings, everything ground floor. If we do this and the whole lands of our planet earth would be occupied one day with homes, farms, forests, schools, hospitals, etc., then we would come to know how much our planet earth can have maximum population.
Once the population is determined, then we have to maintain that population. For example if our earth can have a population of 10 billion peoples, then when the population reaches 10 billion, then everyone should have only one child till the population reaches 9 billion peoples. As if we have only one child then the population decreases. When population is 9 billion peoples, then everyone should have 2 children's till the population reaches 10 billion peoples. After that again we should have only one child. In this way population can be maintained.
