I've been wanting to paint my bedroom navy blue-black on the ceilings and walls, with a dark laminate floor, and have golden art frames and lots of warm lights. My local hardware store has like two blacks, and they're so boring. I think I'll go with Railings!
Matte finishes will hide imperfections in the wall. More sheen = more obvious imperfections. So I probably would stick to Matte or Eggshell. Good luck!
Ciao! Venice is such a beautiful place! Tile is obviously better for moisture but sometimes it all comes down to budget. Paint is definitely less expensive but you'll always need tile in certain areas like the shower or around the tub. I mix tile and paint to help with my client's budgets all the time. Hi! Which black paint (& sheen) would you use to pair with BM White Dove on exterior, on an east facing home in Florida, with red/orange roof shingles and light wood fence? Also, should I use it on the gutters and entry side panels only to not make it so dramatic?
I would like to paint my kitchen cabinet only those who are bottom, my compter top is black and the floor are in tile black with some gray in it, my appliances are white, I do have lot light in the morning, plus my kitchen is in open ....the living room share the same wall . The wall is paint in HC 172 rever pewter of Benjamon Moore, and the white on the wall is CC 30 oxford white... Do you think the black color will do ox or it will be munch better using rever pewter on the bottom kitchen cabinet Thank you
I have 2 alcoves next to the fireplace/ TV. The house is very light gray with white baseboards, the ceiling is 20" tall. I would like to accent the back of the wall in blue black ( night club from Behr). Should I paint the back ir the whole box? 😀 I have ceiling spots light on it. Gracias por tu apoyo.

Hi, hoping to get your input for my question on going with White/Caviar for my home. Basically, I am puzzled on what color I should pick. Both for White and the "black". I have seen this color [Caviar] but after seeing your video, I am now more puzzled about the color to pick. Could you please share your advice? BTW., I am doing the entire house in white (What white do you recommend? - good natural light coming through) and using the "black or caviar" for a few accent walls. Thank you.

I am working with Sherwin Williams paint. My floors are cherry hardwood, brownish color with a base of orange. Any advise? Love your channel thanks!
Black paint can be beautiful but you need to have a lot of light or white or even a lighter shade of paint with it I went with tricorn black but it didn't work oh well back to the drawing board
I want to do interior doors in black, and also do a full wall of wainscoting like the wall you showed in this video... should i use the same black but in different finishes? I'll also have black windows and some black cabinetry in my kitchen. Too much?
I LOVE Black and always have, in fact most of my wardrobe is Black ha ha! We are having our house/garage painted in SW Iron Ore for the main body, Gauntlet Gray on the wood shakes, Tricorn Black on the shutter's and Extra white on all of the trim. Anything I should know or change BEFORE signing the contract??? Looks like the company is using flat and satin finish's on everything. Don't want to make any costly mistakes!!! Now would be the time for us to make changes!! Thanks a million!!!!
