Sir hmne to file Jan 2024 mein lgayi thi jisme se May mein sare processes completed aa gye application mein except Background Verification usme un logo ne 1 document maanga h husband ka lmia jinke basis pr unki wife ko India se aana h. And partner has filled the lmia form in June and its August now still lmia doc doesn't came which immigration are asking for. So what to do in that case?

In your case, You can change your visa status with the help of employer but you can only change status on your spouse basis after residency.

LMIA based work visa lene k liye aapko employer search karna hoga. Aap official job websites pe ja kar employers se contact kar sakte hai. Then voh aapko LMIA Base pe aapki application lagvayenge. LMIA ka koi kharcha nahi hota. Free hoti hai. But visa ki fees deni padegi. Total kharcha 1lakh to 2lakh ka hota hai is mein. Hope it helps!

But there was no option to upload extra documents such as proof of relationship to be genuine like photos chats n all…i have everything ready but nowhere to upload…where did uh uploaded? There are two options. Either you can start saving funds or you can show funds of your parents under your name. Make sure you should have strong proofs of your relationship. Hope it helps!

And do we have good daycares there? Which is the best area to live in with the kid. Do we have drug addicts everywhere or is it only in sketchy areas

No place is safe now a days but it totally depends on person. Our experience is great from last two years here. There are a lot of daycares over here. You will be all good with kid over here. Hi Sir, I am on open work permit and tried my best to upload all the documents for spousal visa and applied for my wife open work permit spousal visa. But I am not sure how long it is gona take as It has been 5 - 6 months and there is no reply on my processing file after submission of biometric. Please help me to sort out this.
The best way is to raise webform then IRCC will provide you an update regarding your application.

1. I am planning to move to Edmonton in January'24 as I have my long term partner there but I can't find any good PG programs in IT open for January intake.
( Should I opt for a diploma/Post diploma)
(If I take program in eg- Toronto will that create a problem in me getting a job in Edmonton because of difference in province)
(Can you help me n let me know if u know any PG programs in (development or AI) in Edmonton.
Post diploma is good. You will get job in Edmonton without any problem. As of now, most of the programs are good in AI as they are all in demand.

@ridhidhir6084 you should go with AI but do your own due diligence. There is no issue in changing province but best is to study where you want to stay until your residency.

I have put file through agent and I am really concern now because I kept asking if I can show more funds or any extra picture and she said not required, we have send flowers but she didn’t gave me all these points 😬. So worried now I think I could have given more things

You can sponsor him on PR directly. If you want to sponsor him on work permit then try on LMIA basis because there will be issues for you if you will try on your basis.
