How to do a Fiery Calibration Using Command Workstation with Konica Minolta Bizhub Press

Thanks for this vid mate, I just started employment operating a konica with a fiery system. The person I replaced didn't really show me how to do this.

wait....isn't there a correction system, that will bring the calibration into a closer density value on the print head ?

Did all this no change on the printed colors. Before and after looks exactly the same unfortunately too much magenta. That is why i did the calibration. Any ideas ?
