You are a source of inspiration and light in a chaotic monochrome world and the way you are so generous with your time to open up your thoughts and ideas to anyone with an internet connection with kind, measured and realistic perspectives /explanations- is a benchmark/template for the field from the perspective of a simpleton. I am just a big fan of yours - for being a person who shares and coaches, in a world saturated with erm, the 'anti-behaviour' from mentors vs what you do. You are making the world a better place and its clear to me that your content will stand the test of time through the ages 🙂 on many metrics.
