When someone redeem the coupon and set payment method gaana start auto renewal option and after 3 months they charge 499/- without customer permission. Now their target is bigger they added Paytm and other UPI options also.
when you have to give your personal bank related details for redeeming an offer which is meant to be free, they are in some way creating a privacy issue as well...These tactics are just for gaining subs....

gaana ki app ya website pe cancel subscription search kijiye....yahi ek option hai, agar aapke 1 rupee wala duration khatam ho chuka hai to shayad aapko refund nahi mil payega
