then how did the exactly opposite decision come in the keshavananda varati v.state of kerala case as there was already a decided case in the matter namely berubari case 1960 where the decision was exactly opposite? TIA

In berubari affairs have arised on the grounds of partition, the constitution schedule I was amended, while in the Keshavananda bharati vs. union of India
