Without a doubt some amazing wines coming out of Margaret River what an exciting video on the Chardonnays! I also love the lower alcohols and the specific mention of the clones being used to make these wines I love learning something new every time I tune in thank you!!
Great! That’s exactly what I want to hear. Margaret River is producing really exciting, high quality Chardonnay, and the clonal selection has a lot to do with that success.
Our chardonnays are amazing value. Would love to see a discussion of the various Chardonnay clones and examples. And perhaps an educational expose on how different wine making techniques influence the end outcomes. Seeing amphora, natural fermentations, biodynamic calendars.

glad to see so many wild fermented wine… cultured yeast is a main reason why wines around the glove taste the same, from Chile to China :)
Wild ferments, as long as they are done well, certainly help to express the terroir in wine
Wonderful review Erin, I can tell you were really passionate and excited with these wines.
MR rocks the chardonnay world 🙂
Thank you.....
I agree!

Great idea! I love the clonal discussion… maybe some Chardy producers to discuss different techniques 🤔
