I see the appeal of having the closed chamber to grind into as a preference , even though the appeal of having the holder for a portafilter isn't bad ~ just different@@CoffeePartsTV
I like the design of etzman but i think that all dislike the lever method We are not Shaquille O'Neal, that think it's not ergonomic As for grinding directly into the portafilter, that thing must be avoided when you grind single dose You must grind in a dosing cup, shake or stir, and then put it in portafilter

I would probably lean toward the Etzinger but would need to clamp it to the bench. Thank you so much for another informative and fun video!
