- It turns out that the Paladin Hero Power is SO STRONG that you don't even wanna pick most card buckets that are offered to you since they would just dilute your resurrect pool. This makes for an interesting balancing act for the entire run!

@@-ax1om Perhaps consider that he's using all the time he has available to him, not because he's slow, but because he wants to spend the resources available to him. Sure there could be an easy play but if you have other options, there's no point in not spending all the time given to you in order to make sure you're making the best decision. If you're so infuriated at slow people, why are you even still here btw? You aren't obligated in any way to come back, so there must still be some reason you watch this content over some other content.

However, Trump often just sees a line of play a few seconds in that looks good, doesn't pick that line, ponders through the whole round till roping, then picks the line he first came up with anyway, and only does it halfway through because he runs out of time.

@@Maxx-kq5qh I believe he made the right call on skipping. Yes, they were cool cards to resurrect, but what trump needed was more survivability not more value, and putting high cost cards in your deck won't help you with surviving
So this is what its like to get cards synergistic to your treasure.

It shows that "Sack of Coins" costs 2 mana but at 1:35:14 when it's cast, it costs 3 mana, like the other coin amounts
What I don't get is why Trump keeps trading the snakes with reborn instead of the ones who have lost it. Both times he does it, he instantly loses all the snakes to a simple 1dmg AoE. When if he'd traded in the snake without a reborn, it would have survived the board clear... :/
Only answer I can think of is hes trying to fill his dead pool with the ones that have reborn first.

@@Cayde-13 A minion with reborn always has reborn on its card text, even after its already been reborned. Trading a reborned snake also adds a snake with reborn in the pool.
The real reason is to avoid silence/devolving missiles/hex

You don't need the cards for this. Just like in normal adventures blizzard provides you with the cards
I would've taken the clockwork assistant. They always have the +1/+1 for every spell, so they could be quite large and with the hero power you are incentivesed to run lots of spells.

It normally doesn’t actually it was edited to be higher and higher which you can tell when he plays the sneaky delinquent which also has a higher squeakier voice like rattlegore.(sorry if you knew already and was just being sarcastic)

He didn’t draw the right cards.
The last game went from "Oh, it's a shaman at 10 wins??" to "Oh, it's doublecast sack of coins at 10 wins."

No, it's a bit odd. Not the cards available for initial deck building and later on. You can get offered cards you can't put in the deck at first. Also, for example, discovering a rush minion as a Warrior (not sure for others) will always provide you Broom, Krastinov and Fishy Flyer. Not a bug, just the only rush minions available for Warrior in this mode
I think the cards you can put in a from the given sets + all standard cards, but for all effects like that one the pool is limited to only the pool of the chosen sets. Might be wrong though.
This is the reason I didn't dust my wild cards, that and the fact that I play wild :P.
It's interesting how twilight runner into scroll of wonder which kills the runner's target just makes the runner not attack anything, and even keep its stealth.

You should have picked the clockwork minion. If it gets resurrected it comes back as a 2/1 then gets all the +1/+1 from spells. Meaning it can come back as a 8/7 or however many spells you played.
Just me, but at 16:17 he could've played Hand of A'dal on the ooze and traded the Stalagg in to get Thaddius

Has been a long time since I have heard the increasingly higher pitched Warcry from Rattlegore. Usually people just deal with him instantly or die to him
I'm not sure if it's right, but the last opponent seemed to have that bloodlust for queit a while. She could've ended it a lot faster, like around 1:36:57, but as I said, she might got it later. :D
OMG! I rewatched it and she drew it right after losing that board XD The opponent was so much closer to win, than Trump thought :D She only got delayed, because the card was 1 turn late :D

1:20:37 Rattlegore would not have been as big of a problem if he actually used snakes 10 turns earlier. He would've created a huge buffer of snakes in the dead pool to help in the future turns. He finally played it as if it was pulling teeth. The game would've been closing if he actually knew how to get value from the hero power he can't stand to not use every turn. Especially so when he's perpetually screwing over his late game by increasing and increasing the amount of lower quality revives.

I would've taken the summoning staff over deathrattle treasure. I think in the future I would be more likely to pick more minions that cost more than 5 than deathrattle minions. Even though it was decidedly worse when you picked the treasure.
The game against GrampaWalrus was just two guys slapping each other in the face after sending their pets in to die for them over and over again. Until the end, when one of them got fed up and just brought out the sledgehammer...
staff of scales is actually the perfect answer for rattlegore but ends up clearling a bunch of 1/1s..

1:10:41 sorry but there is no universe that a 3/1 Turalyon or 4/1 divine shield is better on the board here than getting a reborn Protodrake down, which will be then added to the dead pool a turn faster. Pushing the button is not as important as refining your dead pool and using your mana efficiently when your opponent has nothing to trade with Turalyon (and a 4/1 simply is not equal in value to Protodrake and Protodrakes galore therafter, no matter how you swing it)
He doesn't have two sacks, he have 1,2,4 sacks due to the double cast.

You can get them when adding cards to your deck, but anything generated in the game can only come from the sets you are limited to when initially building your deck.
So he didn't seem to notice but that was for sure a glitch at around 30 minutes where the attack trigger caused him to draw the spell, which killed the target of the attack, canceling the attack, and keeping the stealth on the animal. I'm not entirely sure how the interaction should work, but not like that
Stealth goes away upon dealing damage. It never dealt damage because the minion died at the start of the attack. Seems legit. With all the nonsense in hearthstone, that doesn't even make the list. It's a reasonable, predictable outcome for that scenario.

There’s too many effects which evolve/devolve your cards so it’d be pretty useless, compared to card draw and “health”. Plus it synergises with his Goody’s. Would of been good with that pocket knife but then there’s already minions being res’d for 2 mana with high attack. Also dependant on his deck too seen as Trump wasn’t a spell heavy deck.
I always choose Book of Wonders, the randomness is just too good to pass up.

It's not possible cz the 6 cost weapon is a treasure card which is not in the pool to equip from

1:28:30 Why would Trump trade the reborn snake there?!?! All it serves is to make his board less sticky to AOE but more resistant to silence. In this format, there are MUCH better targets for that silence, such as a rebornified deathrattle minion.
Leave it to Trump to trade with 22 damage on his board vs a buncha 2/2s and 3/3s when the opponent can just refill with Sack of Coins anyway. Eh, didn't seem like a good line.
