Being a Navy Vet, I have to say this one is one of my favorite things you've done Roy. Thank you for the video, think I"m gonna try and make one myself.
Roy absolutely awesome job. This is very nice. Can't wait to see more videos soon my friend. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Forge On. Fab On Weld On keep forge lit. Keep making. God bless.
man I love that anchor! also as a kayak angler I think it would be soooo cool to have an anchor like that. there are times when they come in handy. any idea how much is weighs?
Yeppers. I was just looking @ the #'s and thinking that if done with wrought iron and then aged in either pcb etchant or other acid, it would both look more realistic and get far more views. A future project perhaps.

You see, Timmy, when a mommy anchor and a daddy anchor love each other very much...
My little boy has a nautical themed bedroom. I'm going to have to forge an anchor now to throw up on his wall. Thanks for the great video!

man I love that anchor! also as a kayak angler I think it would be soooo cool to have an anchor like that. there are times when they come in handy. any idea how much is weighs?
This one was probably only 2.lb but the process could be repeated in much larger stock for more weight. Thank you for watching 🙂
Good afternoon! Good job! Please tell me how much does your anvil weigh and what are its dimensions? Thanks!
wobbly leg vice
Way less force was used to forge weld those links than I thought would've been needed.
When it's hot you don't need much... Also too much force and you blowout all the weld material
@24:08 is the perfect weld technique. Well executed Roy. 👉👍👈⚓🔗⛓️⚒️
That would really pop if it were demascus 🤔👍
It would've gotten way more views to 😉
