Thank you for hosting this important collaboration! It’s so important for everyone to gain knowledge and learn how to use that knowledge to take care of themselves and their families and friends. I think everyone will gain something of value from this collaboration. In these times, in our world today, we so need to have this knowledge and learn new skill sets to make things easier on us when times are hard.
This is so great. It’s my first year with this. I realized I’ve been preparing for some time, just didn’t realize it until Covid hit. We were more prepared than most people around us. I started working more intentionally on food security and first aid. This year I am trying to figure out my water security. We do a little each month. I can’t wait to hear what everyone has to say and get new ideas for our preparedness planning. Thanks so much!

Thanks to you, Leisa and all of the collaborators for doing this. I’m familiar with several of the other collaborators/ channels from previous other contests done in the past. Always nice to see them again! Cannot wait to learn, hopefully SEE SOMETHING that I may not have thought of before…. Or see something that I AM FAMILIAR WITH, but with totally different approach!
Thank you for hosting this collab. I thought my first aid kit was pretty well stocked until yesterday. I found out the hard way that we need to put some powdered gatorade, liquid iv, powdered pedialyte or home made electrolyte solution in our kit and get home bag.
Hi Michelle I thought I”d left a comment. I prepare mostly because I was raised that way. For the past year, I’ve been preparing for my husband’s retirement. I don’t want to be those seniors who have to decide between eating and keeping the power on. I think the key is to understand your situation and prepare for how you want to live in case of ANYTHING. Be safe, Be prepared, Be Blessed.
