I tried to Clear the Bonus level before but I couldn’t Survive the Level. This is why Aztec is The Most Evil Level in Goldeneye due to the Level being the hardest level, Very Accurate and Damaging Guards and The Damage from The Moonraker laser guns. This Level is a nightmare
Agreed, this one kicked my ass ok 00 Agent for a long time. Then I got to Egyptian and it was so much easier, aside from having to figure out the correct pattern to walk to get the golden gun
I disagree, he's even easier than Trevelyan because of how easy he is to exploit. All you gotta do is get right up on him and judo chop him and he can't hit you at point blank. Or run around the stairs while firing the Moonraker laser pistol. He can't shoot across that chasm for whatever reason.
I'm surprised that you didn't do it the opposite way by going down the trench like you did in your old walkthrough great video nonetheless looking forward to Egyptian.
Awesome video You ever try to beat the level by falling down in that early room with the bridge so you have to fight Jaws before you even get to the shuttle room? That’s gotta be near impossible with the infinite laser guards coming at ya
@ just caught the video. Damn that’s impressive. I’ve gotten on a Goldeneye kick recently and I can only do that in 007 mode if I knock down enemy damage by 50 percent. Caught your videos with the custom levels. That is some cool shit
@@darkchild4neverever I don't think so, you'd need to do the glass door glitch first so you can get the launch codes without killing Jaws first, and then somehow make him stop following you through the vents.
I tried so many times to get through this level about threw the controller across the room but thank got i didnt. few tries after that i finally got through it but with the slightest bit of health left. The last level is probably gonna get me so mad I'll probably end up twisting the controller apart
I know this isn't a speedrun (rather, a tutorial), but readers may be interested to know that you can actually go to Jaws first and have a much safer run. However it requires a really wonky trick to get back up the wall (where you duck and press shoulder buttons while turning into the wall I think?)
Quite the opposite. Dealing with Jaws first triggers the dual laser guards to spawn from various spots around the level, making it so you have to deal with the rest of the level with constant pressure from them. Beating Jaws first is considered to be the hard way. You also cannot do the warp at 60FPS as you need the game to lag to do it.
I still find this one of the hardest levels in the game aside from control keep up the amazing stuff man!

My dad has been trying to figure the Aztec and Egyptian stages out since I was born (98). It took until I was 14 and the gift of youtube to pass it😭😭

Aztec is the final boss, imo. The ARs and moonrakers take like 30% of your health and there's only one body armor. Though Control is terrifying, yes 😅

Yes, I do that in my original playthrough from 2013-2014. I think I've shown it on some others as well.

I've seen that done by Graslu in a previous video on Aztec I think. Maybe it gets more of the attention of guards or something.
Lures the guards towards the vents so it's a few easy kills. That way you only have to focus on the turrets and the camping guards in the launch area.
Im prettt sure he glitched the laser guards to spawn. They usually come out after Jaws is defeated iirc
@@jstick9980 Not a glitch, they're standing still in the launch area. The ones that spawn after Jaws are the double laser guards.
