One of my top DECISIONS - not just a resolution - is to spend time actively organizing spaces in my house and DECLUTTERING. At least one distinct space in my house every week/weekend, even if it’s as small as the silverware drawer like I did today! Small steps count!
I have been doing this since about late spring. I have never loved my house more. And when I tackled my girls closets, and donated a ton of clothes to a non profit in mexico for girls, it made it even better. A decluttered home just has a fantastic feeling to it!
A tip from my psychiatrist I don’t know if it’ll help you but it helped me. In the morning after I brush my teeth I look in the mirror and I find three things I love about that woman. Nothing shallow. Three good qualities. For me in the beginning I was repeating the same three qualities. But I found as time passed I found my good qualities about myself. And I realize I am a wonderful woman. And the terrible things that was inflicted on me as a woman was not my fault.And that turned me into a survivor. I’m sure you can find three good yourself eventually I started loving woman I saw looking back at me. Take care

I would definitely love to see a 2020 skincare video, with how last year changed with all the mask wearing it made me pay attention more to skincare and actually get into it and use a daily routine whereas before I didn’t do skincare everyday so I would love to see your faves!! My New Years resolution is to STOP SMOKING! I know I hate it, I know it’s bad for me, if I’m not smoking & someone around me is I literally can’t stand it & hate the smell, have to walk away. It’s so gross yet I can’t stop 😒 & also id like to eat more (anxiety & stress) and eat better (I don’t eat as much as I should or eat foods that are good for me). Your resolutions are the same as mine!! I need to quit smoking as well and eat better. I also need to start working out & meditating again. I’ve been slacking, definitely haven’t taken care of myself nearly as well as I should. I recommend Allan Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Smoking. I know it’s helped a lot of people to quit - It basically teaches you how we’re brainwashed to keep smoking and helps you undo that brainwashing to quit. It’s actually fascinating! Me and my friend both read it, she quit instantly and I should have reread it but thought I would take my chances and it helped me cut down considerably but I didn’t quit completely. But maybe it will work on the first try for you!! It’s fairly cheap too, I think I got mine on Amazon!

I’m really bad w my eating, I literally barely eat & I’ll just eat something quick like PB&J just to get food in my belly (long story short I went thru a traumatic death of my bf so anxiety from that makes me not have an appetite) & I used to be one of those petite girls who eat all day long lol but I’ll def loom into Allan Carr bc I really wanna quit! You can do it girl, I have faith in u. I tell everyone who says it’s easy, that it’s not & that it’s all mental. If ur not mentally ready, you’ll never quit. But I think I’m mentally ready now (or maybe I’m just trying to be hopeful haha) But give it a shot hun! It’ll only be a positive thing & think of how much $ we WASTE! But I’ve never LOVED eating anyways like some people do. I actually get pissed when I have to stop and eat lol so I don’t eat like 3 meals a day, I eat like small stuff to get me through and I’ve noticed I’m actually gaining some weight Bc of it. But i know eating right is so important to the way you feel mentally so that’s why I want to work on it, I’ve never had problems with my weight either so that part doesn’t bother me. It will fall off when I start trying lol.. i DEF believe you quit once, I did too for a few years! And I was disgusted by the smell of it when I did, I was like omg that’s so gross. How did I stand it. And then I started socially smoking after having a few drinks which would lead to me buying a pack and then it just went right back to where I was before. You would love that book Bc it describes how you’re right, it’s ALL mental. Physically, we can go 8 hours easy when we’re sleeping and wake up and feel fine so the withdrawals we’re “feeling” is actually our body reacting to the cigarette when we do smoke it. And how we really get nothing positive from it but we tell ourselves that we do to keep doing it. I hate to think of the money I waste!! I also just bought a new car and the one I traded in had ash all over it, there was a burn holes, ash marks on the window sills, burn holes in the floor Bc of them flying back in the car when I think I threw them out?! Not to mention, and maybe I’m shallow but this part scares me so much, THE AGING. My teeth, my skin. I get so worried about what I’m really doing to them but I just don’t think about it.. I probably should start thinking about it more often!!
kelly you should give the loreal infallible more than concealer concealer another shot, it does dry down really fast and a little bit really goes such a long way with it, you shouldn't over apply them and i recommend that you apply a hydrating eyecream (Like the lancome one) before using it, it is so super full coverage, you don't need to set it with a lot of powder, i can safely say that it's better than shape tape

Your makeup looks beautiful! I especially love how you did your eyeshadow...not too dark, and the shimmery lid, really make your eyes pop! I've had the Colourpop That's Taupe palette in my cart for a while, but since it's one of your faves, I decided to treat myself - a Happy New Year gift from me to me, because there is something so pretty about a cool-toned transition shade that peeks out of warm-toned shades! I made a resolution to not procrastinate! Like not put off stuff as much, and so far, I'm doing great! 😊

My New Years resolution is to STOP SMOKING! I know I hate it, I know it’s bad for me, if I’m not smoking & someone around me is I literally can’t stand it & hate the smell, have to walk away. It’s so gross yet I can’t stop 😒 & also id like to eat more (anxiety & stress) and eat better (I don’t eat as much as I should or eat foods that are good for me). Your resolutions are the same as mine!! I need to quit smoking as well and eat better. I also need to start working out & meditating again. I’ve been slacking, definitely haven’t taken care of myself nearly as well as I should. I recommend Allan Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Smoking. I know it’s helped a lot of people to quit - It basically teaches you how we’re brainwashed to keep smoking and helps you undo that brainwashing to quit. It’s actually fascinating! Me and my friend both read it, she quit instantly and I should have reread it but thought I would take my chances and it helped me cut down considerably but I didn’t quit completely. But maybe it will work on the first try for you!! It’s fairly cheap too, I think I got mine on Amazon!
@@killakates Would u believe I quit for 3 years once?! Then something stupid happened like a break up or something can’t even remember & that was it. I’m really bad w my eating, I literally barely eat & I’ll just eat something quick like PB&J just to get food in my belly (long story short I went thru a traumatic death of my bf so anxiety from that makes me not have an appetite) & I used to be one of those petite girls who eat all day long lol but I’ll def loom into Allan Carr bc I really wanna quit! You can do it girl, I have faith in u. I tell everyone who says it’s easy, that it’s not & that it’s all mental. If ur not mentally ready, you’ll never quit. But I think I’m mentally ready now (or maybe I’m just trying to be hopeful haha) But give it a shot hun! It’ll only be a positive thing & think of how much $ we WASTE! It’s actually sickening how much $ I could be saving daily on something that’s just slowly killing me 😒🤦🏻♀️
@@huongthu8084 that breaks my heart that you went through something so horrible 💔💔 I can actually relate to not eating, I’m on medication that affects my appetite. But I’ve never LOVED eating anyways like some people do. I actually get pissed when I have to stop and eat lol so I don’t eat like 3 meals a day, I eat like small stuff to get me through and I’ve noticed I’m actually gaining some weight Bc of it. But i know eating right is so important to the way you feel mentally so that’s why I want to work on it, I’ve never had problems with my weight either so that part doesn’t bother me. It will fall off when I start trying lol.. i DEF believe you quit once, I did too for a few years! And I was disgusted by the smell of it when I did, I was like omg that’s so gross. How did I stand it. And then I started socially smoking after having a few drinks which would lead to me buying a pack and then it just went right back to where I was before. You would love that book Bc it describes how you’re right, it’s ALL mental. Physically, we can go 8 hours easy when we’re sleeping and wake up and feel fine so the withdrawals we’re “feeling” is actually our body reacting to the cigarette when we do smoke it. And how we really get nothing positive from it but we tell ourselves that we do to keep doing it. I hate to think of the money I waste!! I also just bought a new car and the one I traded in had ash all over it, there was a burn holes, ash marks on the window sills, burn holes in the floor Bc of them flying back in the car when I think I threw them out?! Not to mention, and maybe I’m shallow but this part scares me so much, THE AGING. My teeth, my skin. I get so worried about what I’m really doing to them but I just don’t think about it.. I probably should start thinking about it more often!!

kelly you should give the loreal infallible more than concealer concealer another shot, it does dry down really fast and a little bit really goes such a long way with it, you shouldn't over apply them and i recommend that you apply a hydrating eyecream (Like the lancome one) before using it, it is so super full coverage, you don't need to set it with a lot of powder, i can safely say that it's better than shape tape
